吴晓波，知名财经作家，“蓝狮子”财经图书出版人，上海交通大学、暨南大学EMBA课程教授，常年从事公司研究。2009年被《南方人物周刊》评为年度“中国青年领袖”。

《大败局1》：
秦池：没有永远的标王

在一片本不属于自己的天地里，呼啸而起，创造奇迹，大抵算得上是“强人”；然而，能够在一鸣惊人之后，竭力地遏制其内在的非理性冲动，迅速地脱胎换骨，以一种平常的姿态和形象持续地成长，才算得上是真正的大英雄。

中国企业圈，有一种特殊的、宜于奇迹萌芽的土壤。

这可能跟东方人的审美趣味有关。我们总渴望有一些超出常规和想象的事件发生，并以此为兴奋剂来刺激我们的感官。因此，我们往往乐于看到奇迹的发生，并大声地将它传播。

然而，任何一个奇迹的基因中，总无非生长着这样的一些特质：非理性的、激情的、超常规的、不可思议的。总而言之，它不是理性的儿子。

这里，我们需要来研究的是：作为奇迹创造者本身，在一鸣惊人之后，如何竭力地遏制其内在的非理性冲动，迅速地脱胎换骨，以一种平常的姿态和形象成为经济生态圈的一分子。

这是一种中庸的回归，但这同时更是一种活得更长久一点的生存之道。

下面讲述的故事，便是一个泣血的反例。

得“三北”者成诸侯

至今，正营级退伍军人姬长孔还清晰地记得他到山东省潍坊市临朐县秦池酒厂报到那天的情形。几间低矮的平房，一地的大瓦缸，厂里的杂草长得有一人多高，全厂500多个工人有一半想往外走。这家1990年3月正式领到工商执照的酒厂，只是山东无数个不景气的小酒厂中的一个，每年白酒产量1万吨左右，产品从来没有跑出过潍坊地区。

姬长孔在临朐当地算得上是一个人才。6年前转业到地方后，他担任临朐县食品公司经理，半年后食品公司扭亏为盈，不久被调任县饮食服务公司经理，又半年，再次实现扭亏为盈。然后，他又接到去县里最大的亏损户秦池酒厂担任经营厂长的任命。

一开始，姬长孔显然对这样的调动十分的不乐意，“这不是欺负老实人吗？”他不无恼怒地对前来找他谈话的“组织上的人”说。可是，当县长亲自跑到他家里“三顾茅庐”的时候，他“没有办法”了。以后的种种迹象表明，军人出身的姬长孔仍保持着对上级绝对服从的职业传统，在这个意义上，他大概还不是一个真正的现代企业家或职业经理人。就是在秦池最火暴的1996年，当有记者问及“如果组织上再把你调到一个新的岗位，你会怎样想”时，他迟疑了数秒钟后回答的还是“服从安排吧”。
