管理与领导力的区别

从企业实践的角度来说，管理的目的是把事做对，侧重实现目标的过程和结果，体现为组织架构、方针政策、规章制度、流程程序、激励机制等管理手段，适合能够统一化、标准化的工作环节，以避免能够预见的问题发生。比如，稻盛和夫的阿米巴经营法就是一种有效的管理机制。管理需要的是执行者。

领导力的目的是做对的事，侧重目标的正确性以及为实现目标的人心所向，关注人、感觉和情绪的变化，主要体现为沟通、培养人和激励人的能力，适合管理手段不能完全解决的问题，以确保员工敬业，如员工工作的积极性、团队精神、合作意识、责任感、信任度、职业和个人发展这些关乎人心的方面。员工的绩效水平可以用管理手段去考核评估，但他对工作的态度必须通过领导力才能了解和改变。员工的职业生涯规划可以用管理手段规范和实施，但他对自己职业发展的重视和信心却需要通过领导力才能得到确认。领导力需要的是追随者。
