作者介紹周淑玲

民國50年生，台灣省桃園縣人。

師範大學家政教育系學士，師範大學家政教育研究所碩士，一直擔任中學專任家政教師至今，並以撰寫食譜、教授美食為樂。第一本食譜是民國79年出版的「沁涼小館」。
