Author Description

罗伯特·安东尼（Robert N.Anthony，1916 9～2006 12）是哈佛商学院管理控制学“罗斯·格雷厄姆·沃克”荣誉退休教授。除了1940～1946年期间任职于海军供应部队.1965～1968年间任国防部部长助理、财务总监外，哈佛一直是他的大本营。安东尼教授撰写或与他人合著了27部著作，它们先后被译成14种语言。他担任过众多公司和政府机构的顾问，如通用汽车公司、AT＆T、柯达、美国审计总署和成本会计准则委员会。安东尼教授曾获得过众多殊荣，其中包括科贝大学荣誉硕士和博士，入选会计名人录，美国会计学会的卓越会计教育家奖、美国会计学会管理会计分会终生贡献奖、Beta Alpha 。

十年前，我在国内率先在清华大学开设管理控制系统课程时，安东尼和戈文达拉扬所著的《管理控制系统》便成为我们的教材（特别是案例）的优选。这不仅仅是考虑安东尼的开创性和哈佛大学的专业性，更重要的是这部教材的60多个典型案例几乎覆盖了管理控制系统的各个组成部分和关键控制要点。遗憾的是，安东尼老先生在走完了90年人生道路和半个多世纪的管理控制职业生涯后，留下以《管理控制系统》为代表的、被翻译成15种语言的27部著作和100多篇文章，于2006年12月1日离世。因此，《管理控制系统》第12版的中译本的出版是对安东尼教授的很好纪念。
