开场画面：一座坐落于纽约的摩天大楼，画面中出现了火车的呼啸声、汽车的发动机声和飞机引擎声。屏幕上出现了“感恩节前两天”的字幕。里尔·帕吉（Neal Page，影片中斯蒂夫〔steve Martin〕的扮演者）在开会，等待着客户认可他的竞标方案。
