Book Abstract

回顾过去，展望未来，我们工作在新的历史时期，承担着新的历史任务，祖国医药学深受人民群众的喜爱和信赖，它将会长期存在并发展下去，这是历史的必然。过去我们已取得了不少的成绩，为了在过去的基础上做出更多的成就，我们认为，中药药理学作为一门独立的学科，其主要任务是在中医药理论指导下，运用现代医学的研究方法，通过实验验证中药的传统功效，更重要地是在于揭示中药产生功效的机制，前者只是对传统中药功效的验证、认同或继承，后者则是运用现代科学研究的成果阐释中医药防治疾病的道理，这是中医药学发展，也是中药药理学科发展的必然趋势，今后应加强以下几方面的研究：
（一）加强中药复方药理和物质基础（化学成分）相结合的研究
中医治病以复方为主，中药复方（方剂）来自临床，临床又是根据病证立治法，然后在治法的基础上立方遣药，这就是“辨证施治，对症下药”，这是中医药理论的精髓所在，我们认为中药方剂既然有效，肯定存在着产生效应的物质基础即有效成分，因此复方药理与化学成分相结合的研究思路值得重视、加强。因为这种研究思路是直接为临床服务的，我们研究药效和成分的目的，也正是为了提高疗效，并且这种研究思路有利于理论的发展，有利于新产品的开发。过去一段时间里，我们重点研究了单味药的药理和化学成分，这些研究结果也是可贵的，但对中医临床的指导意义远远不够，因为中医的精髓是整体观和复方用药，而单味药不能代替复方，虽然单味药的药理、化学成分研究得比较清楚，但该药在复方中的地位又如何？该药在某方中是君药，但在另一方中则可能为臣药或佐使药，那么所研究清楚的成分在复方中能否体现，是否会发生变化？有待阐明。复方绝不是简单的单味药成分的组合。
