《综合农协中国“三农”改革突破口（2015年卷）》是北京农禾之家咨询服务中心综合农协研究组集体著作的第二本。收录了研究组同仁自2013年10月以来以综合农协为主题的相关新作，以及一些较有价值、曾在学术刊物上发表过的旧稿。
如何解决“三农”问题，多年来的强势意见是推崇资本的作用，对此我们持有不同看法。资本化的农业现代化，主要强调发展速度但较少考虑农民利益，忽视了农民的参与；甚至把“三农”问题简单化为农业问题，忽视农民的社会存在，忽视农村的价值。
以农户为基本生产单位组织起来的综合性农民合作组织，为农民提供农业社会化服务，并围绕农民的生活需求提供社会服务，在实现农业集约化经营的同时重构农村社会，是农业、农村、农民三者兼顾、协调发展的好路子，是解决“三农”问题的突破口。
