Chapter 1 History of Auscultation
听诊的来历
“像醋煮沸发出的声音” （Hippocrates，公元前400年）
大约在公元前400年，Hippocrates就描述了听诊的基本概念。他在De Morbis一书中写道： “将耳朵贴着胸壁，你就能听到一种像醋煮沸时发出的声音”。此后，直到1616年，在文献中才再次提到心音，William Harvey将心音比为水在水箱里发出的两次撞击声。1628年，Harvey在De Motu Cordis一书中指出：“随着心脏的每次搏动，大量的血液就从静脉输送到动脉，于是就产生一次脉搏，而且能在胸壁上听到它的声音。”
1715年，第一次出现了将心音与病理学联系到一起的论述。James Douglas把一个主动脉反流病人的心音形容为“几乎是难以置信的”。这些声音是Douglas在一定距离听到的，而且之后也通过尸检证实。
