Author Description

赵慧军，1964年10月生于黑龙江省。1985年毕业于东北师范大学教育系，获教育学学士学位；1990年毕业于北京师范大学教育系，获教育学硕士学位；1996年毕业于莫斯科大学心理学系，获心理学博士学位。现为首都经济贸易大学工商管理学院副教授。主要研究和讲授管理心理学、组织行为学、人力资源开发与管理等学科领域。兼任北京行为科学学会理事，中国人力资源开发学会会员。科研及成果：1997年以来，主持研究国家教育部留学回国人员科研基金项目1项，主持北京市教委项目2项。参与研究国家社会科学基金项目和北京市教委项目2项。出版个人专著《现代管理心理学》，获得专家高度评价。在《经济与管理研究》、《中国人力资源开发》、《管理者》、《东北师范大学学报》等期刊发表专业论文10余篇，其中2篇被中国人民大学报刊资料中心进行全文转载。曾获北京市行为科学学会优秀论文奖。

1.1 心理学的理论和应用
心理学一词尽人皆知，对它感兴趣的人很多，人们经常谈论它，当然，对它的理解每个人可能会不尽相同，甚至存有误会。其实，人们往往以为是意识之谜的现象，早已为心理科学所解释；而在人们看来是不言而喻的现象，却还尚未解决。本章的目的是使读者对现代科学心理学和管理心理学基础有更为清晰的认识，同时也试图说明：人的心理现象或精神现象的神秘性，随着认识的不断深入，正在变得越来越少；而把心理学的知识应用于实践的机会和空间，正在日益增长和扩大。
1.1.1 科学心理学的特征
（1）灵魂存在吗？心理学最初被定义为关于灵魂的学问，这可以追溯到远古时代。在西语中，“心理学”一词来源于古希腊的psyche和logos。前者即是灵魂、精神之意；后者是指普遍规律和科学的意思。二者相加，便是“关于灵魂的科学”。在科学文献中，这一术语早在10世纪就已出现。
这样一个关于“灵魂科学”的词，何以被翻译成“心理学”？古汉语中的“心”是思想和感情的器官，“理”乃“成物之文也”（韩非语），即规律、条理、准则。东方文化（包括中国和印度）的伟大先知们都把“心”看成是思想的器官、生命的标志，认为人的七情六欲、文韬武略无不来自于“心”，历代思想家都把对“心”的探讨视为哲学上的主要问题之一。这种认识虽然是思想史上的误会，可直到今天，我们仍用“良心”表示正直，用“痴心”表达执著，动辄要掏出“心”来表白情怀。可见，“心”的内涵已远远超出“心脏”这一物质形态了。
自远古以来，人们就试图了解人类的精神现象，第一个给心理现象以系统说明的人是亚里士多德。他概括了那个时代所积累的关于人类精神生活的知识，并把他的论文集命名为《灵魂论》。到了公元2世纪，罗马医生和博物学家克劳第斯·格林，试图用动物证明脑是感觉和思维的器官，认为精神过程是由灵魂引起的，灵魂通过神经循环，把感觉从感觉器官传达到脑，再由脑向运动器官发出命令。
