Author Description

丽塔·冈瑟·麦格拉思现任教于哥伦比亚大学商学院，担任《管理学术评论》、《战略管理期刊》以及《企业风险设资期刊》的编委，还是战略家权威职业组织——战略管理协会的理事。投身学术事业以前，她曾任政府部门的信息技术和管，并曾创办过两家公司。她曾与3M、诺基亚、杜邦、芬兰通力集团、德国电信、瑞士再保险等多家公司合作过，为这些公司做过咨询工作。
