十、耳针法治疗便秘
耳针疗法是用针刺耳穴以治疗疾病的一种方法。耳郭与人体各部存在着一种生理的内在联系，在病理上也会表现出一定的反应规律。耳针治疗内脏疾病，就是基于这一理论而应用于临床的。当人体有病时，耳郭相应部位就会出现变色、突起、凹陷、水肿、充血、敏感点，甚至变小、缺损等征象。人们借此诊断疾病。并刺激这些部位以防治疾病。
耳穴在耳郭的分布有着一定的规律性，耳壳好比一个在子宫内倒置的胎儿，头在下，脚在上。一般来说，与头面部相应的穴位在耳垂；与上肢相应的穴位在耳舟；与躯干和下肢相应的穴位在对耳轮和对耳轮上、下脚；与内脏相应的穴位多集中在耳甲艇和耳甲腔。
（一）耳针疗法的选穴方法
当人体内脏或躯体有病时，往往会在耳壳的一定部位出现压痛点、敏感点、皮肤特性改变、变形、变色等。这些耳壳上的反应点，就是耳针的穴位。在诊断明确后，就要拟定耳针处方，寻找反应点。反应点的探寻方法：用探针、火柴头、针柄按压，其有压痛部位即是反应点。如果有数个反应点时，应再找出最敏感的点。亦可用耳穴探测仪测定耳郭皮肤电阻，其皮肤电阻低，导电量明显增高者，即为反应点。反应点就是针刺的部位。
（二）耳针疗法的选穴原则
1.根据病变部位选穴在疾病定位后，可以在耳壳上选取相应的耳穴，如胃痛选胃穴；泄泻选大肠、小肠穴；肩痛选肩穴等。
2.根据中医理论选穴根据中医学的脏腑经络学说，以其生理病理联系辨证选穴。如肺主皮毛，开窍于鼻，皮肤病和肺病时，可以选肺穴；心与小肠相表里，心病可选小肠穴，小肠病亦可选心穴；耳为肾之外窍，耳鸣可以选肾穴；心开窍于舌，舌红、舌烂可以选心穴；目赤红肿可以选肝穴，因为肝开窍于目，如此等等。
（三）耳穴治疗的种类和方法
1.毫针法针具多用28～32号之半寸长的不锈钢毫针。首先对耳穴进行消毒，由于耳穴感染可引起严重后果，故一般先用2%碘酒涂抹，再用蘸有75%乙醇的棉球脱碘消毒。进针时，用左手拇、食指固定耳郭，中指托着针刺部耳背，这样既可掌握针刺深度，又可减轻针刺疼痛；然后用右手指、食、中三指持针，在反应点进针。针刺深度视耳郭不同部位厚薄而定，以刺入耳软骨（但不可穿透）且有针感为度。针感多表现为疼痛，少数亦有酸、胀、凉、麻的感觉。留针时间20～30分钟。起针时左手托住耳背，右手起针，并用消毒干棉球压迫针眼，以防出血。每次一侧或双侧针刺，每日或隔日1次。
