李汇群，湖北荆州人，北京大学文学博士，中国传媒大学传播研究院副教授。出版有《闺阁与画舫：清代嘉庆道光年间的江南文人和女性研究》（中国传媒大学出版社2009年）、《湮没的时尚：云想衣裳》（人民文学出版社2017年）等著作，在《中国文化研究》、《红楼梦学刊》、《现代传播》等期刊发表论文多篇，曾经为《中国教师报》、《中国妇女报》、《中华遗产》等报纸、杂志长期撰写专栏，发表文章多篇。

日历，是我们日常生活里最常见、也最离不开的日用文品之一。

早在先秦时期，日历就已经进入到中国人的日常生活中。日历，也称历日，

晋代杨泉《物理论》记述，“畴昔神农始治农功，正节气，审寒温，以为早晚之期，故立历日”，据此来看，日历的设立，最早是为了帮助、指引田间劳作。毕竟，在以农业为经济根本的远古社会，人们如果能根据四时规律来安排农活，无疑可以获得更多生产、生活资料的丰收，起到事半功倍的作用。因此，在数千年历史的长河里，日历的内容主要包括日期、节气等，还附有大量趋吉避凶的细节提醒。到明清时期，日历的形式和内容变得更为丰富，如《金瓶梅》、《红楼梦》等小说中多次出现根据日历来安排日常活动的细节描写，说明彼时日历早已成为人们生活中不可缺少的行动指南。
