（1）适用理论
绿色贸易壁垒，又称环境壁垒，是指那些为维护人类健康和生态环境安全而直接或间接采取的限制甚至禁止贸易的措施，是指进出口为保护本国生态环境和公众健康而设置的各种环境保护措施、法规标准等，是对进出口贸易产生影响的一种技术性贸易壁垒，其具有内容更具合理性、形式更具合法性、保护对象更具广泛性、保护方式更具隐蔽性和保护效果更具歧视性等特点。
（2）案情分析
欧盟环保令禁止含有铅等6种有害物质的机电产品不能向欧盟市场出口。虽然该规定表面不具有歧视性，但由于中国、欧盟、美国、日本等国技术水平和技术标准的差异，使得其对中国家电产品造成歧视性的打击，从而在一定程度上达到保护欧盟国内机电产业和市场的目的。
（3）案例启示
20世纪70年代，绿色贸易壁垒逐渐成为非关税贸易壁垒的主要形式，对国际贸易的影响越来越大，日益成为发达国家进行贸易保护的主要手段之一。对此，作为发展中国家的中国必须要有清醒的认识，针对其歧视性和保护的隐蔽性，必须在国际贸易规则的谈判和制订中据理力争，以保护自身的合法权益；针对其内容的合理性，必须在产品生产过程中，制定严格的产品质量标准和环保标准，特别是对中国外贸影响严重的食品中的农药残留量标准、玩具的安全性指标、纺织品染料指标、包装的可回收性指标等。

《国际贸易》作为“复旦卓越·21世纪国际经济与贸易专业教材新系”于2006年9月由复旦大学出版社出版以来，受到了全国许多高等院校经济管理类专业师生的广泛好评。为帮助读者掌握国际贸易的基本知识、基本理论和分析方法，作者精心编写了《国际贸易》的配套教材《国际贸易习题与案例》。书中每章都编写了单选、多选、填空、名词解释、简答、判断分析等题目，并根据各章内容的特点，在某些章节增加了计算、作图分析等基本题型。同时，紧扣每章内容，结合当前国际贸易发展中的热点问题编写了案例。帮助读者把每章内容与我国外贸发展实践联系起来。在某些章节还编写了一些素质拓展题，供读者进行拓展性思考。全书除了素质拓展题外，均配有参考答案。
本书能够最终交付出版社付梓出版以飨读者，离不开复旦大学出版社的编辑、校对、排版、美编等工作人员的辛勤工作，也离不开上海市教委对外贸经济本科教育高地的大力支持；本配套教材在编写过程中，参阅了有关文献资料和习题，在此一并表示感谢。
陈霜华、查贵勇负责本书的策划和总编纂，陈霜华、查贵勇、王春蕾负责本书的编写和编辑，具体分工如下：陈霜华（第二至五章），查贵勇（第一章、第六至十章），王春蕾（第十一至十四章），查贵勇负责全书校稿。上海金融学院国际经贸学院蒋岚同学在资料收集、文稿校对等方面做了大量工作。
