城市发展与金融安全对经济发展具有重要的影响。我国经济要实现持续、快速健康发展，首先必须要能够正确把握城市金融发展与经济增长的关系，建立与经济快速增长相适应的城市金融和管理安全体系，这关系到金融体制改革乃至整个经济体制改革的成败。因此从理论和实践上深入研究城市金融与管理具有特别重要的意义
《城镇化的健康发展与投融资管理》以金融管理理论为基础，从实证和规范两个层面研究我国城市发展与金融安全管理实践中的成功经验和存在的问题，分析其与我国经济发展之间的内在关系。重点研究的内容包括：我国城镇企业融资租赁业务决策分析、供应链融资企业组合风险分析、担保条款对我国银行贷款风险的缓释效应分析、短期利率的动态行为及其在固定收益证券定价和利率风险管理中的作用，等等。为提高我国城市金融和管理水平，促进我国经济发展提供参考。

Author Description

王周伟，上海财经大学博士，复旦大学金融研究博士后，教授，上海师范大学商学院副院长。近几年来，发表相关研究领域的CSSCI期刊文章近二十多篇；主持完成多项相关专业科研课题。

《城镇化的健康发展与投融资管理》：
健康可持续的新型城镇化发展的核心在于不以牺牲农业和粮食、生态和环境为代价，着眼农民，涵盖农村，实现城乡基础设施一体化和公共服务均等化，促进经济社会发展，实现共同富裕。
第二，集约高效推发展。省市经济系统、省市人口系统、省市金融系统、省市能源系统、省市环境系统以及省市服务系统之间的协调是新型城镇化健康可持续发展的基础，在推进新型城镇化发展的过程中，应该注重区域内部与区域之间的一体化协调发展，缩小城乡差距的同时也要兼顾好不同区域的耦合发展。
第三，绿色低碳保发展。经济的发展是很多省域都在努力发展的一个重要部分，有些省域甚至为了发展经济而忽略了省市营运系统整体的协调，从而导致生态环境的恶化。生态环境的恶化已经给我们的经济与生活带来了许多问题，比如雾霾、PM2.5的频频爆表、暴雨等恶劣天气。我们应当促进创新转型，发展集约节约式经济；加大与生态治理与环境保护投资力度与效率，提高绿色GDP增长效率。
