20世纪80年代末至90年代初，世界经济出现了两大引人注目的新趋势：一个是全球经济一体化的迅速发展，另一个则是区域双边经贸合作的突飞猛进。一方面，随着全球化的进展，以WTO为中心，维持自由贸易体制，实行着全球性自由贸易：另一方面，随着区域化的发展，出现了区域经济合作化，在维系自由贸易体制的前提下，进行着多边，双边的区域经济合作。而且，后一种趋势明显超过前者。尤其是进入21世纪以来，全球区域经济合作又获得了快速的发展，呈现出一系列值得关注的新特点与新模式。

《区域经济一体化与东亚经济合作》由上海对外贸易学院的学者与日本名古屋大学的学者共同合作研究。主要内容包括入世对中国对外贸易环境的影响；区域经济合作的机制与条件；东亚区域经济合作的背景分析；东亚地区区域产业结构与贸易模式；案例分析：日本企业在东亚地。《区域经济一体化与东亚经济合作》的核心问题是对东亚区域经济合作的现状进行归纳总结，在此基础上明确东亚区域经济一体化今后面临的课题。与世界区域经济一体化迅速发展形成鲜明对照的是，东亚的区域经济一体化发展相对比较缓慢。这就需要我们从理论与实践上对东亚区域经济合作的现状、问题以发展前景进行分析，明确今后必须解决的课题，以便为今后东亚国家和地区实现区域经济一体化提供理论与实践的依据。

Author Description

张鸿，男，1961年生，陕西富平县人。现任西安邮电学院经济与贸易系主任、教授、硕士生导师，陕西省级教学名师；兼任西安邮电学院产业经济研究所所长、市场调查策划中心主任、院学报常务副主编。社会兼职主要有：世界商务策划师联合会中国区理事会理事，中国市场学会理事，中国高等院校市场学研究会常务理事，西安交通大学中国西部发展研究中心特约研究员，国家自然基金委管理类市场营销学同行评审专家，信息产业部电信研究院电信软科学研究特约研究员。10多年来，发表论文100多篇，出版专著12部；主持承担国家社科基金、国家自然科学基金和省部级科研项目8项，获省、市级科研成果奖励15次。其主持策划西安小灵通市话市场开拓、陕西移动梦网校园行、西安科特勒论坛等大型项目取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
