Introduction

我为什么要写这本书？
虽然我从1993年起就开始涉足证券投资市场，并且从2000年开始从事资本市场的法律业务，在VC、PE等领域里做了大量的项目，但对于期货投资而言，我只有不满三年的经历。即使取得了一些微不足道的成绩，但以如此短的期龄，来写一本指导新手的书，确实有班门弄斧之嫌。
我并不是投资这个圈子里的人，我曾经在微博上说过，我在市场中赚的每一分钱，都来自对手盘，我不卖软件、不当居间、不发产品、不配资、不开收费课，当然也包括不卖书，但我就是喜欢看着我的小伙伴和我一起赚钱并以此为傲。为此我创建了炒股的智慧（322540005）、财富魅眼期货小散（398014723）两个QQ群，担任了财富猫眼（221342246）QQ群的管理员，并收了不少网上的弟子。在这些群里，虽然我发表了很多自己写的投资类文章、上传了我的交易系统，但总的感觉仍然是缺乏系统性，限于就事论事，传道授业的效果并不好。
2015年8月，我的微博粉丝电子工业出版社的编辑黄爱萍告诉我，她所在的出版社正拟出版一套证券投资类书籍，问我是否有兴趣参与期货投资类的撰稿。我觉得现在是把我这些年来的交易心得做一个系统化总结的时候了。同时，我所在的财富猫眼群的群主大脸猫多年来讲课的文章也因为乏人整理，使得很多群外的游客也缺乏学习的机会，我觉得也正好趁此机会把这些文章收录到书中以供大家一起学习。
这本书基本上是我这么多年来对于交易思想的一个总结，其核心也是大家也常挂在嘴边的趋势交易。其实对很多投资者来说，他们已经掌握了初步的技术分析知识，并且已经知道趋势交易是最好的交易方法，但却要偏偏要面对一次次的投资失败。作为一名期货新人，我觉得从这个方面来和大家聊一聊，可能会更有共鸣。
趋势交易最难的地方是什么？我认为是在面临趋势暂时中止时的处理，包括回撤、震荡，这是很多趋势交易法无法解决的问题，或者他们有解决办法，只是出于保密而不愿意公布。大量的程序化交易在行情处于明显趋势时会有很好的收益，但当行情处于震荡时，却开始陷入不断亏损的尴尬局面，但他们却以“哪怕九次亏损，我一次盈利就能挽回”这样的语言来安慰自己。本书向读者首次公开了我自己独创的嵌套理论和配套的金大三定律，就是试图能够在操作层面为解决这一难题给大家提供一个思路。
嵌套理论的内容本身很简单，即指在一个大级别的趋势走势中，必然包括了若干小级别的震荡走势；一个大级别的震荡走势中，必然包括了若干小级别的趋势走势。那么它在交易中的意义是什么呢？
一，首先是让投资者能够决定进场时的交易策略，即从嵌套理论延伸出来的金大第一定律：每次进场前，你必须要预先决定，这是一次趋势交易操作，还是一次震荡交易操作。这个定律说起来简单，但很多人在实践中却不容易做到。比如在股票交易过程中，很多人就是炒股炒着炒着就炒成了股东，就是因为他把一个原本应该进行的震荡交易当成了趋势交易来操作。不解决这个问题，投资永远不会成功。
二，能够在最快的时间里调整投资者对行情走势的判断，即金大第二定律：任何趋势中止后，暂按震荡来对待。我认为，不能及时调整思路，这是所有趋势化交易在震荡来临时容易失败的关键因素。大家看看周围的投资者，有多少人最初都是抱着趋势交易的理念来的，但最后都是因为没有处理好某个环节而失败。根据嵌套理论，我们知道，在一个大级别的趋势走势中，包含了若干小级别的震荡走势，那么这样我们所要做的一下子就变得简单起来，即首先要确认现在的基本面是否符合形成一个大的趋势条件？如果基本面成立的话，那么这个大趋势就是由一系列小的“趋势—震荡—趋势—震荡—趋势—震荡”所组成，我们所要做的就是在这个不同的小阶段来使用不同的正确策略。
三，应用嵌套理论可以避免无谓的止损。根据传统的观点，止损永远是对的，但我认为，无谓的止损也是交易磨损的重要原因，之所以会产生无谓的止损，那是因为投资者对于目前行情所处于的位置不清楚。如果投资者知道现在的行情走势是出于趋势还是震荡，那么自然就会大大减少无谓的止损。嵌套理论延伸出来的金大第三定律：不破关键位，可以死扛不止损，震荡止盈，趋势止损，就是在安全的仓位管理前提下，最大化避免无谓止损的策略。
因此，从上面所说的可以看出，嵌套理论不是一个预测理论，而是一个应对策略，是用来指导我们操作的理论。如果你能够熟练地掌握嵌套理论的精髓，再来学习其他投资理论或者技术分析方法，就会发现它们非常容易理解，能够将到更好的学习效果。
其实对于投资来说，技术层面上掌握的知识再多，也仅仅是在“术”的层次上，如果不能上升到“道”的层面上，“以道御术”，那么仍然是无法获得长期稳定的盈利的。但什么是期货交易的“道”呢？我认为，“道”并不是虚无缥缈的东西，而是正确的交易理念的集合。对于投资者应当具备的交易理念，无论是在各种投资类书籍中，还是在微博上，此类心灵鸡汤比比皆是，但这种“道”的核心是什么？怎么把这种“道”落实到你的操作中？对于这些问题，前人所谈有限。本书则试图对投资者交易所必须掌握的理念进行了高度概括，并把这种理念融入到交易系统中，使得这种看不到、摸不着的“道”能够化为可以简单执行的简明扼要的标准。比如对于如何开仓，笔者直接给出了安全的开仓比例，并要求投资者根据自己的资金总额把可以交易的手数事先计算清楚，这样就尽最大可能来把理论变成可以执行的命令。又如，在震荡交易中如何克服人性中的贪婪，交易系统则给出了可以量化的平仓标准。以上这一切，主要是为了使新手尽可能地少犯原则性错误，能够在这个残酷的市场上生存得更久，并且学会长久战胜市场的本领。这也是为什么笔者把理念篇放在本书的第一篇，并且花费了大量的笔墨来说明的理由，希望读者能够理解笔者的苦心。
投资本身是一场漫长的战斗，笔者作为一名期货新人，所能给大家的也仅仅是自己的一点微薄的心得，这个交易系统的最终效果如何，还有待时间的检验，希望我能和大家一起进步，共同探索期货交易的奥秘。
