Introduction

2006年当我研究生毕业的时候，满怀着热情，进入了一家蒙台梭利幼儿园，成为一名一线教师。

事实上，几乎每个班级都会有两三个这样的孩子。他们或者是自我控制能力特别差，总控制不住自己去招惹或攻击其他孩子；或者每天都沉浸在自己的想象当中，和别的孩子一起玩的时候总有鸡同鸭讲的感觉；或者组织能力特别差，给他一份教具，他总是弄得乱七八糟，鲜有顺利完成的时候，而且还不时地会去打扰其他孩子；又或者总是漫游在群体之外，早上坐校车入园以后常常看不到他的人影，需要四处寻找才能在校园的角落里把他找回来……对每一个幼儿园老师来说，这些“淘气”“不听话”的孩子恐怕都是“噩梦”，这样孩子并不蠢笨，他们当中甚至有特别聪明的小孩，但状况频出的他们往往会牵扯掉老师一半的精力，把人搞得精疲力竭。
