Author Description

薛璐娜，女，毕业于浙江师范大学外语系，本科期间论文研究方向为跨文化交际。现任宁波市一高中英语教师。独自去过泰国、俄罗斯、毛里求斯等多个国家，2011年作为交换生赴美国留学一年。2013年曾被国家公费留学东欧项目录取，准备赴塞尔维亚攻读语言文学硕士，后因故未能前往。

《私家旅行书：摩洛哥往事》：
我讨厌自己就这样开门见山地要和你们讲卡萨布兰卡的故事。
一般来说，我是个循序渐进的人，要写写怎么来到机场，遇到了什么样的人，一起喝了什么饮料，想了些什么事情，谈了些什么内容。你别怀疑，因为我是个话痨，基本上出门旅行的路上我就能谈上好几个小伙伴。但我不提了，因为跟在摩洛哥发生的事情相比，这些好像都不重要。
不管怎样，我是在早上8:20到达了摩洛哥城市卡萨布兰卡的穆罕默德五世机场。
我有过很多阿拉伯朋友，但是从来没有自己来过阿拉伯国家。所以飞机一落地，我就贼头贼脑地东张西望，拼命地用眼睛证实着自己一直以来的想象。看到机场长得好像中国以前的工厂，我就在心里骂法国人小气，侵占人家这么多年，也不给人家修个像样的门面。
我来之前联系了一家语言学校的校长哈里姆（Harim），多方了解得知他是个对语言教学充满热情与梦想的中年人。因为卡萨布兰卡旅馆很贵，所以哈里姆向各位来旅行又会讲英语或法语的游客提出，免费教学换取免费住宿。他的学校开设法语课和英语课，我有过留美经历并且在中国教英语，因此他很欢迎。我告诉他我在卡萨布兰卡只待三四天，如果他嫌短拒绝接待我，我也可以理解。但哈里姆很热心地说不要紧，并且要了我的航班信息以便接机。
我飞机抵达的那天，哈里姆家里有急事没有来接机，于是我坐火车去看了之前联系过的一个摄影师雅希尔（Yassir）。
雅希尔在电话里说，机场的地下一层是火车站，很容易找，如果看不懂标志，也可以问任何人。我认为问人是更加直接且积极的做法，但我能明显感受到自己置身于相对保守的国家与以往的不同。通常情况下，来自比较开放的国家的居民更加倾向于与他人交谈时有直接的眼神接触。这使得问路之类的小事变得顺利而轻松，对方或许在指完路以后还祝我旅行顺利愉快。而摩洛哥尽管曾被法国和西班牙占领，但毕竟是个阿拉伯国家。或许由于大家相对都比较保守，我能感受到我询问的行人流露出了有些紧张和防备的眼神。尽管我用英文与人家问好和道谢，但未了依旧有些自责自己的鲁莽，我应该先用阿拉伯语向人家问好再开口的。
惴惴不安地沿着电梯到了机场的楼下，找到了天窗下的售票口。火车票上除了数字，别的我都看不懂。幸好大学时，二外学过一些法语，就猜出了一些意思。
来往行人的打扮，破旧的火车，并没有改变这个简陋的机场给我的印象：我或许是落错了国家，这里或许是也门或者阿富汗。但我又喜欢这样破旧的感觉，这令我觉得亲切而不是荒凉。引用一个有名的宁波作家余秋雨在《文化苦旅》里所表达的：没有废墟的城市与没有皱纹的祖母是可怕的。

Introduction

我的名字很特别。从中文角度来讲，“薛璐娜”这三个字，既是简体中文，又是繁体中文，这使得我的中国朋友们都能轻松念出这个名字；从外文角度讲，我有着一个很亚洲、很东方的姓-Xue（薛），同时我还有一个源于拉丁语、很西方的名字-Luna。在英语、西班牙语、意大利语和俄语（或许还有其他语言，但我所知的就这些）中，它都是“月亮”的意思。
每当有人问起我为什么有这样一个特别的名字时，我都会告诉人家，这是因为我的外公是个一生都在不停学习着的文化人。上世纪30年代末，他在上海工作过，或许那时候他就对不同文化很好奇，所以给我起了这个名字，虽然我并不确定。
我并不是从小就知道自己名字的诸多含义，但随着年龄的增长，我慢慢发现它包含了许多后来出现在我生命中很重要的东西，因此我觉得它是我命中注定的标志。我认为我来自东方的姓就像我体内根深蒂固的中国文化；而我来自西方的名则预示了我对了解各种不同文化的向往与热爱。我甚至因此理解了也原谅了自己不太合群的童年和如今依旧有些疯狂古怪的行径。名字，或许的确带有某种神秘而奇妙的魔力吧。
关于这本书的名字，我想了很久。我常看到一些写着“再不远行就老了”“心和身体要有一个在路上”“就要一个人去远方”之类能够使读者光看书名就热血沸腾的旅游书。我不是个将到达视为终点的人，因此取不出这种目的性强的书名，写的自然也就不是关于如何到达的方法了。这本小书能给读者的，就是一件件关于摩洛哥和土耳其的小小的往事。至于值不值得一个人出门、值不值得冒险去摩洛哥，读者看完以后自己判断吧，相信每个人都会有不一样的故事和感慨。
