从那一天之后，小树忘了许多事：他忘了妈妈对他说过的话，忘记了帮爸爸的玫瑰花浇水，忘了陪伴在身边的布丁狗是怎么来的，忘了自己还是个小孩，总以为早已经长大……

小树和布丁狗搭电车到乡下找外公，电车沿路叮当叮当响，小树也慢慢回想那些他以为已经忘记的事。像是穿越长长的黑暗山洞之后，总是会见到光亮，那些躲藏起来的过去美好记忆，总会在某个发亮的洞口等着他。

2015年，“越后妻有大地艺术祭”邀请幾米参与创作三年一度的艺术盛会。参与艺术祭的艺术家会根据现场地景，创作各种搭配当地的展品。幾米不只是创作了地景艺术的设计，还用一段动人且余蕴无穷的故事将这些艺术创作串连起来。《忘记亲一下》就是这个充满童趣且绵长深厚的故事，也是个看似简单轻快，却是幾米透过灵动多样的想像力，以简御繁、以轻拨重的深刻创作，表达出创作者对于环境、土地，以及生命的真切关怀。

创作背景：

绘本作家几米的全新绘本《忘记亲一下》，将成为日本ＪＲ（日本国铁）饭山线土市站和越后水泽站的装置艺术。日本大地艺术祭启动《饭山线艺术计画》，主办单位委託几米为饭山线创作绘本，希望活络这条逐渐没落的电车路线。

《忘记亲一下》是几米创作生涯中“带著强烈忧伤”的作品，因几米创作时，母亲脑溢血送医，当时他白天创作、晚上到医院，“白日与交稿期限拔河，夜晚看著母亲与死神拔河”，几米回忆，那段时间害怕失去母亲、情感动荡剧烈。

三年一次的日本“越后妻有大地艺术祭”，于7月26日起至8月13日在日本新潟举行，为期五十天。七月底，几米团队动员当地居民，在当地房屋、车站与电车车厢彩绘《忘记亲一下》主角与画面。

饭山线为行驶在日本长野、新泻县间，当地四季景色缤纷多变，春夏绿茵遍野、冬季大雪封山，曾被列入废线名单。绘本舞台在饭山线的土市站及越后水泽站两座车站。

几米去年九月造访当地，他原想创作温馨浪漫的彩色故事，但家逢巨变，他拿起画笔时力求“不带任何情感”凭直觉创作，作品仍透露心情。

故事中，小男孩“小树”和布丁狗搭乘一辆无人电车，在“电车叮当叮当”的车程中，慢慢想起父母亲消失，许多曾经的美好也消失了，所幸旅途中遇到的大树、稻田和猫头鹰鼓励他好好长大，当到站后，小树留下代表回忆的箱子，决定坚强面对人生。

透过绘本中的电车车窗，可看见覆雪的富士山、绿油油稻田、饭山线沿途特有的五彩鱼板屋；也隐藏黑色记忆，诸如烟囱冒烟、烈火燃烧、遭遗忘的动物漫游路上，令人想起福岛核灾，暗示小树的父母丧命于这场巨变，也是几米对现代文明的批判。

几米真实生活中，他的母亲苏醒后失去大部分记忆，加上好友韩良露等人猝逝，几米感慨，一个不小心，身边美好的人事物转瞬即逝，“失去的惆怅”在书中隐隐流动。

几米表示，想提醒读者珍惜身边深爱的人事物，永远都不要忘记亲一下，因为他们随时可能消失。

Author Description

几米，本名廖福彬，绘本作家。1998年开始创作并出版绘本，把原属童书领域的绘本延伸到大众读者群里，开成人绘本创作之先河，至今出版各式作品五十余种。学界和媒体多次以“幾米现象”为主题分析评论。他还被Studio Voice杂志选为2003年度“亚洲有创意的五十五人”之一。

几米的作品已被翻译成英、法、荷、西、葡、义、日、希、德、韩、泰、俄、波兰、爱沙尼亚、瑞典等多种语言，他也与英国、美国、日本的出版社合作原创绘本。幾米的作品获得过诸多中外奖项，多部作品被改编成音乐剧、电视剧及电影，《微笑的鱼》一书改编的动画曾获柏林影展奖项。
