Author Description

嘉源（本名薛克勋），山东临沂人，管理学博士，高级工程师，美国加州大学洛杉矶分校安德森管理学院访问学者，毕业于山东聊城师范学院（现聊城大学）物理系、华南理工大学应用物理系（硕士）和中山大学政治与公共事务管理学院（博士）。现供职于深圳市公安局网络警察支队。

周文臣，山东莒县人，临沂大学附中（原临沂师范学校）高级讲师，毕业于山东师范大学物理系，教育学者。主要从事科学哲学、知识论、认知科学、复杂性科学、课程论和入学理论等领域的研究，其人格化课程理论荣获第三届山东省省级教学成果奖二等奖。

有个事实对于家庭教育极具启发性：聋子的孩子不会哭——如果夫妇两人都是聋子，当孩子哭泣而他们又不在孩子面前时，他们既听不到，也不知道孩子有问题，便不会去照看孩子，久而久之，孩子知道哭泣是没有用的，也就不再以哭的方式与大人交流了。慢慢的，就不再哭了，这样的孩子长大后往往比较坚强。
