Author Description

经由这些年的实务经验，让我更确认：当一个人的内心状况可以被看见，而且能被了解时，其问题的压力虽仍未解，但其面对问题的能力却似乎瞬间大增。换言之，当一个人被看见，而且被看懂时，心就会感动；心的位置能有所移动，就会看见新的视野，而新的人生旅程，也就跟着开启！
所以，我在心理治疗的过程中，就是牢牢抓着这个原则：觉得个案苦时，要说出其苦在哪里；觉得个案棒时，更要指出其棒在哪里。
心理治疗的力量，就在了解！

每个人都是一座孤岛。
即使存在主义的智者早看透人生本质，当感受到枕边人都无法体会自己的心情时，仍会怅然若失。所以，在生命中能感受彼此在交会瞬间互放的光，就是经验到“被了解”时，我们会有种莫名的高峰体验！
