Author Description

傅永吉，文化学者。1956年12月13日生于北京延庆。汉族。现任北京东方道德研究所所长，北京青年政治学院副教授；兼国际儒学联合会普及委员会委员。中国青少年研究会理事、副秘书长，北京青年研究会理事、常务理事。研究方向为：文化哲学、伦理学、青少年发展学、人格哲学。出版有《塑造明天的希望》、《超越匠人》等多部著作。公开发表的论文有《现代人文精神之特质》、《现代性情境下青少年和谐人格建构探析》、《消费时代的文化超越》等十余篇。独立翻译《东方哲学的故事》，由江苏人民出版社1998年1月出版。该书数次加印，2000年起入选国家教育部“新世纪教育文库·中学生课外读物100本”，拥有广大青少年读者；2011年1月再版，持续热销。

Book Abstract

八、人本主义学派人本主义心理学在20世纪五六十年代兴起于美国，是当代心理学主要流派之一，以马斯洛、罗杰斯等人为代表，反对将人的心理低俗化、动物化的倾向，是与精神分析学派和行为主义学派分庭抗礼的心理学的第三思潮（流派）。该学派受现象学和存在主义哲学的影响比较明显。
1.马斯洛的自我实现论
马斯洛认为，人类行为的心理驱力不是性本能，而是人的需要。他将其分为两大类共7个层次，好像一座金字塔，由下而上依次是生理需要、安全需要、归属与爱的需要、尊重的需要、认识需要、审美需要、自我实现需要。马氏认为，人在满足高一层次的需要之前，至少必须先部分满足低一层次的需要。第一类需要属于缺失需要，为人与动物所共有，可引起匮乏性动机，但一旦得到满足，紧张消除，兴奋就明显并迅速降低而失去动机价值。第二类需要属于人类特有的生长需要——成长性动机，是一种超越了生存满足之后并发自内心的渴求发展和实现自身潜能的需要。这种需要得到满足后，个体才能进入心理上的自由状态，初步进入体现人的本质和价值并追求深刻的幸福感的状态——马斯洛所谓的“顶峰体验”。马斯洛认为，真、善、美、正义、欢乐等内在本性为人类所共有，是共同的价值观和道德标淮，而达到人的自我实现之关键在于改善人的“自知”或自我意识，使个体有恰当的认识——对自我的内在潜能或价值有恰当的评估，并促成人的自我实现。
2.罗杰斯的自我理论
刚出生的婴儿并没有自我的概念，随着他（她）与他人、环境的相互作用，他（她）开始慢慢把自己与非自己区分开来。当最初的自我概念形成之后，人的自我实现趋向开始激活。在自我实现这一动力的驱动下，儿童在环境中进行各种尝试活动并形成大量的直接经验，通过机体自动的估价过程，有些经验会使他感到满足、愉快，有些则相反。满足愉快的经验会使儿童寻求保持、再现，而不满足、不愉快的经验则会使儿童尽力回避。在孩子寻求积极经验的体验中，受他人的关怀和受到他人尊重而产生的体验，都完全取决于他人（包括父母）根据儿童的行为是否符合其价值标准、行为标准来决定是否给予。

Introduction

作为一本书，总要有一个序。不愿拉大旗做虎皮，就自己来写。可写来写去，写了许多遍，总不满意。一遍遍地推翻重来，寻找满意的快感。然而，那感觉似乎渐行渐远。回头看看，这个序倒写了有两年多。开始写的时候，书的主体章节还远未完成。折腾到这主稿艰难杀青之后两三个月，这序仍挤不出、弄不来，好生荒谬，也很真实。这当然不是好的滋味。真难受。
刚过去的这个暑假很古怪。发生了许多事情。也基本不曾作为一个假期地充分休息，相反，如同通州人一样玩起了“5+2”“白加黑”的自虐游戏，尽管没有速度也没有关于速度的愿望，却随着别人的波逐了不知何处的流，混沌沌、糊涂涂、，渗兮兮一路走来。夸自己说“一切随遇而安而已”，算是一种自我嘲弄吧。计划中用这本书去敲打某扇门的无聊游戏，再次搁浅。想象着另外一次更加郑重的轻敲细打。芝麻开门吧，我亲爱的阿里巴巴。无奈的学术与学术的无奈，与我这个不学无术的迂腐书痴搅成一团真正的糨糊，捣啊捣，无止而无休。何时可以何止？从这无所不在的流溢在空气和每一个毛孔中的无聊之感中真正而彻底解脱开去？我梦想着。至少我还有耻。知耻近乎勇。这样地自我安慰着，秋悄悄地来了、深了，还不抓紧？！抓啊。继续吧。
