Author Description

高天副教授，1982年毕业于西安音乐学院，留校任教。1986年赴美国留学，在费城Temple大学攻读音乐治疗学，是我国第一个赴海外学习音乐治疗的留学生，师从前美国音乐治疗协会主席、世界音乐治疗联合会主席Maranto博士，获音乐治疗学硕士。毕业后任宾夕法尼亚帅l立医院音乐治疗师。1997年回国，在中央音乐学院创立了我国第一所专门的音乐治疗研究机构——中央音乐学院音乐治疗研究中心，并开始培养硕士研究生。1999年又开设我国第一家专门的音乐心理治疗机构——“高天音乐心理健康研究中心”，提供临床心理治疗服务。1999年1至8月间在北京人民广播电台主持《音乐治疗》节目，特别为有睡眠困难和神经衰弱的听众服务，受到欢迎。
高天现为世界音乐治疗联合会理事，美国音乐治疗协会会员，美国国家注册音乐治疗师，欧洲精神创伤（EMDR）注册治疗师中央音乐学院音乐治疗学副教授，中央音乐学院音乐治疗研究中心主任。高天回国后即开展了临床的音乐心理治疗服务，并在中央音乐学院开设大学本科和研究生的音乐治疗课程，力求尽快地培养出我国自己的合格的音乐治疗人才。他的工作很快受到各新闻媒体的广泛注意，至今已有20多家报纸、杂志和电台、电视台进行了采访报道。高天还在北京交通台每周四的《午夜里的收音机》主持有关婚姻危机和矛盾的热线节目。2002年2月，中央电视台《东方之子》、《讲述》栏目曾给予专题报道。

史前时代的音乐治疗
早期的游牧民族为了生存而联合成小规模的群体，通过狩猎和采集食物维持生活。他们没有农业，没有政治机构或永久的住房。这些群体发展了与其他群体不同的自己的风俗和礼仪。我们可能只能推测史前生活中的音乐元素，但是，我们可以通过研究现存的现象来了解史前文化时期的音乐。
史前文化时代的人相信音乐的力量可以影响精神和躯体的健康。音乐通常与超自然的力量相联系。比如，在某些史前文化社会中，人们相信在重要的礼仪活动中所使用的歌曲来源于超人类或超自然的力量（Merriaiam，1964；Sachs，1965）。这些歌曲有他们无法解释的力量，被用来乞求神，并且人们在像宗教或健康礼仪活动中求助于这种力量。
在一些史前社会的文化中，患病的人被认为是敌对部族的魔法的受害者。他们足无辜的，自然应该得到特有的治疗。然而，在有些社会，人们相信得病的人是为了赎罪。假如有人得了急病而不能承担社会责任了，他就会被驱逐或流放。在这些文化中，疾病的原因和治疗方法首先是由“法师”决定的，这些法师通常为了驱除患者身上邪恶的幽灵或魔鬼而进行魔法和宗教活动。侵入躯体的幽灵的性质决定法师使用的音乐类型。由于在史前文化时代疾病的概念不同，音乐师或治疗师的角色和音乐的类型也各相同。
