自我认同已经成当代社会生活中一个极为重要的话题。道德同一性，即道德自我同一性，或称道德自我认同感。作为一种重要的社会心理现象，道德同一性是影响青少年道德行为目标、道德选择的重要因素。在西方，道德同一性经过道德教育心理学家和社会心理学家短短二十年的探索，其研究领域已经形成一些可供借鉴的实验范式和有价值的研究成果。《德育心理学丛书：道德同一性的心理学研究》共分四个部分：第一部分提出当代道德同一性的时代背景，并系统梳理了道德同一性的相关理论及研究脉络；第二部分系统阐明了道德同一性的概念、结构与成分以及道德同一性的形成背景：第三部分为道德同一性的机制分析与实证研究；第四部分是有关道德同一性的建构。本书适合从事道德教育和心理教育的人员阅读，也可作为学校德育心理学的参考读物。

Author Description

万增奎，男，1967年8月出生，江苏淮安人，江苏省普通心理学与实验心理学常务理事，中国心理学会会员，现为淮阴师范学院教育系副教授，主要从事德育心理、心理教育与西方心理学流派研究。1997-1999年参加南京师范大学基础心理学专业研究生课程班学习，1999年考入南京师范大学攻读硕士，获教育硕士学位。2005年考取南京师范大学攻读德育心理学博士，并于2008年获得博士学位。个人曾主持江苏省哲学社会科学课题“‘网络社会’的道德与学校调控策略研究”，参与江苏省哲学社会科学超大项目子项目“当前我国思想文化道德多元、多变、多样的调查研究”课题研究，发表学术论文30余篇。个人在2000年曾获得朱敬文研究生奖，2004年被评为江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀骨干教师。

在当今，人类社会已经进入信息化的时代，快速多变、视域宽广的时代特点使青少年的生活空问正在发生剧烈的变化，许多传统的道德价值观念被他们打破，他们的许多新道德价值观念却又受到来自各个方面的挑战，包括家庭、同伴、网络传媒与社会环境的影响。对于青少年而言，生活在今天复杂的多元文化环境中，什么是对、什么是错经常会产生变化，在道德和自我同一性方面的问题常常纠缠不清，使青少年在道德上陷入危机之中。因此，青少年自我同一性中的道德自我认同危机在今日中国乃至世界的社会中越发突出，对青少年建构道德自我意识和自我同一性提出了特别重要的挑战。笔者认为，在这种复杂的文化环境下如何超越传统的道德教育，关注自我同一性在道德教育中的地位已经成为一个亟待研究的课题。
