1.1 为迷失的自我沟通导航
1.1.1 镜子恐惧与挣扎焦虑

专家，您好，因为我内心困惑，想寻求解脱，所以给您写这封邮件，冒昧之处，还请见谅！
先说说我的基本情况吧。我性别男，今年26岁，家在海南的一个农村，性格好静偏内向，我是一个对镜子恐惧的人。
这还要从2006年我刚上大学时说起。那年，我从海南省××市最好的一所中学考上了山东的一所大学。这个学校的基础设施很破旧，初进校门的时候看到那破旧的教学楼，还有学校道路旁那萧瑟的树木，与我老家海南枝繁叶茂的绿树比差远了，心理上反差很大，觉得眼前是一片凄凉。当时我心里就打退堂鼓不想读这所学校了，但是被陪同来报名的家人劝住，最终还是报名了。
报完名的第二天家人回去了，我一个人回到刚被安排好的寝室，面对陌生的环境、陌生的舍友，心里又失落又无助，甚至想大哭一场，但是还是忍住没哭出来。
就这样过了几天，第一次到教室报到，因为不知道教室在哪，所以迟到了。我匆匆忙忙走进那栋破旧的教学楼，从楼梯走上二楼。在上二楼的楼梯墙上有一面长方形的镜子，当时看到镜子里的自己很丑陋精神状态很不好，觉得镜子里的自己很陌生，简直都要崩溃了。
在那之前我看镜子从来没有那种感觉，以前虽然脸上长些痘痘，但是在那之前在哪看镜子都没有这样的感觉。后来又发现自己前额有脱发现象。就这样慢慢的后来就不敢看镜子了，买衣服和理发都不看镜子，凡是到有镜子的地方就会很压抑、很难受，甚至要崩溃想逃避。我就这样在挣扎中度过了我四年的大学时光。
大学毕业后我回到了海南省××市，在这里我找了很多工作，但是每份工作都做不久就离职了，我也知道是对镜子有恐惧影响了我的心态才造成这样的状况。前两年我也看过精神医生，吃过一些抗抑郁和焦虑的药物，但是还是摆脱不了害怕镜子的这个旧病。一年前因为工作不顺利我离职回家至今，现在打算重新找工作，但是因为这个困扰着我，所以我一直都在挣扎，不知道这是不是一种焦虑症？
在一个网友的推荐之下我才给这个邮箱写信。真切希望专家能够帮助我摆脱这种挣扎！

总之，你现在是不是焦虑症不重要，你能给我们写信，而且文笔这么优美，思路这么清晰，这充分表明：你是一个能力没有得到发挥，因为活在过去、活在过去的失败阴影或枷锁中，让自己的生命力逐渐萎缩，但不甘于这种现状，害怕生命力继续萎缩，正在到处寻求解决方案的人。

只要你直面这一切，明白现在的这一切都是你过去选择的结果，明白你的明天是由你现在的选择决定的，那么一切就都平安无事了！
