《精神分析新论》是1932年，精神分析学派创始人弗洛伊德关于他对精神分析深入研究和思考的新演讲稿，内容涉及作者对传心术、教育、宗教和共产主义，关于超我、焦虑、死亡本能以及人生的五个阶段理论、精神分析在治疗活动中的应用等。

Author Description

西格蒙德·弗洛伊德（SigmundFreud，1856~1939），奥地利犹太心理学家、精神病医师、精神分析学派创始人。1936年当选为英国皇家学会通讯会员。弗洛伊德认为：存在于无意识中的性本能（libido）是人的心理的基本动力，是支配个人命运、决定社会发展的力量；并把人格区分为自我、本我和超我三个部分。他把人的心理分为意识、前意识和无意识（又称下意识，包括被压抑的无意识和潜伏的无意识），有时前意识又被包括在无意识概念中。其学说被西方哲学和人文学科各领域吸收和运用。主要著作：《梦的解析》（1900）、《日常生活的精神病理学》（1904）、《精神分析引论》（1910）、《图腾与禁忌》（1913）、《精神分析引论新编》（1933）等。

郭本禹，教授，博士生导师。中国心理学会理论心理学和心理学史专业委员会秘书长，主要从事理论心理学、心理学史和德育心理学的研究与教学工作，是国内不多的精神分析方向的学院人物。曾撰写我国第一部关于科尔伯格理论与实践的著作。

然后，我们应以上述二者中哪一个问题为起点呢？我认为应从释梦技术开始，它将把一个更为具体的形象呈现给你们，并给你们留下更生动的印象。

那好，患者给我们讲述一梦，我们且来解释这个梦。我们静静地倾听，而无须进行思考。下一步我们做什么呢？我们决定应尽可能少地关注我们所听到的东西，即显梦。当然，这个显梦所呈现的种种特性并非完全与我们无关，它可能是有如文学作品一样，前后一致，结构流畅；也可能是差不多像谵言妄语一样杂乱无章，不可理解；也可能像迷雾一样朦胧；各种差异非常大的特性可能在同一个梦中出现，分散在梦的不同部分；最后，梦可能伴随着一种漠不关心的情调，也可能伴随着最强烈的快乐或悲痛的情感。你们不要假定我们没有思考显梦的这种无穷无尽的变化性，在后面，我们再回头研究这种变化性，就会发现其中有很多东西是可用以释梦的。但目前且把它暂置不论，而专注于梦的解释这一主线，也就是说，我们也要求梦者从显梦的印象中摆脱出来，而把注意力从作为整体的梦转向其内容的各个不同部分，并把他所想到的每一件与上述各部分有关的事一一告诉我们。因为如果他把注意力分别集中于梦的每一部分，则梦自身的联想就会展现在他的脑中。

这是一种奇特的技术，不是吗？这不是那种对待沟通和话语的常用方式。毫无疑问，你们会揣测在这个过程背后是否存在着明确表述的种种假设，但还是让我们接着往下讲吧。

Introduction

我曾于1915—1916年和1916—1917年两个冬季学期在维也纳精神病诊所的讲堂讲演过《精神分析导论》，当时听众是大学教师。讲演稿的前半部分系即兴演讲，事后立即撰写成文；后半部分是在萨尔兹堡度暑假时写就的，并于冬季逐字讲述。那时我还拥有极佳的记忆力。

与以前的讲演稿不同，这些新讲演稿我从未讲述过。我的年龄已使我摆脱因与大学相关——即使是表面上的相关——而负有演讲的义务；而且，我曾接受的一次外科手术，也使我失去了向公众讲演的可能性。因此，在阐述下面的内容时，如果我要再次像上回那样置身于讲堂，那也仅仅是出于这样一种想法：它也许可使我在深入阐述我的主题时，不至于忘记我对读者所负的责任。

这些新讲演稿绝不是要取代早前的讲演稿，亦非任何意义上的独立实体，以期拥有它自己的读者圈；它们是旧讲演稿的续编和补充，依照它们与旧讲演稿的关系可以分三类。第一类是15年前已论及的题旨，但因知识的深化、观点的更新，从而不得不重新加以论述一一即批判性的修订。另外两类则真正是旧讲稿的扩充，因为它们有第一次的讲演稿中没有论及或因当时所知太少而不能另列专章的材料。必须指出，如果新讲演稿中有些部分兼有这几类特点的话，那也是无可避免的，也不必遗憾。

我还给新讲稿以接着旧讲稿的章节编排，从而表明它与《精神分析导论》的依存关系。譬如，此讲稿的第1讲被相应地标为第29讲。一如既往，此讲稿也极少为专职精神分析学家提供新的材料，它的对象是那些对这门新科学的发现和性质抱有好感甚或半信半疑的受过教育的人们。我的主旨仍是不愿有所删节以求表面的简洁或完美，不掩饰问题，也不否定缺陷和疑问的存在。在其他所有的科学研究领域或许不需要标榜这种谦虚的意图，因为普遍认为它们是不证自明的，公众也不会对它们提出过分的要求。例如，天文学著作的读者就不会因为著作中有关宇宙知识的说明尚有含混之处而感到失望或轻视它。而心理学则不然，人类科学研究能力的匮乏将在此暴露无遗。似乎人们对心理学的要求，并不在于通过它来获得知识的进步，而是得到另一种满足。一切尚未解决的问题，一切谁都承认的疑难，都可化做反对心理学的理由。
