现在，由于大气污染，我们生活的地球有时候会出现伤害人体健康的雾霾天气。雾霾中的有毒物能直接进入并黏附在人体上下呼吸道和肺叶中，引起鼻炎、支气管炎等病症，长期处于这种环境还会诱发肺癌和加重心血管疾病。同样，人的心灵有时也会出现危害人体健康的心理雾霾—心理亚健康状态。现代医学研究发现，亚健康状态又称为灰色状态、病前期及第三状态，是人体除了健康状态和疾病状态以外，存在的一种非健康又非疾病的中间状态。世界卫生组织的一项全球性调查研究表明，75％的人处于心理亚健康状态，这已引起各级卫生部门的高度重视。如果不及时调整，有可能演变为心理疾病。

心理亚健康是指在环境影响下由遗传和先天条件决定的心理特征，如性格、喜好、情感、智力、承受力等造成的健康问题，是介于心理健康和心理疾病之间的中间状态。其主要表现为不明

原因的脑力疲劳、情感障碍、思维紊乱、恐慌、焦虑、自卑及神人生的天空不要雾蒙蒙经质、冷漠、孤独、轻率，甚至产生自杀念头等。
