Author Description

高翔，2005年毕业于北京师范大学心理学院，获教育学博士学位，心理咨询与测量研究方向，师从郑日昌教授。2005-2006年于英University of Chester从事跨文化心理学合作研究。目前就职于中国民航管理干部学院社科系，从事心理学教学与研究工作，包括领导心理、服务心理、安全心理等方面的课题研究。主持完成国家自然科学基金课题《中国民航空中交通管制员心理复原机制研究》。

郑思明，心理学和社会工作双硕士，心理学博士。现就职于厦门大学公共事务学院社会学与社会工作系，从事社会工作专业的教学和研究工作。

说到“职业枯竭”，也许你并不陌生，随着社会竞争的日趋加剧，这个词也频频出现在网络、报纸杂志等各种媒体当中，逐渐成为了员工、雇主、国家乃至社会所关心的问题。然而，具体什么样的状态是职业枯竭，你到底离职业枯竭有多远，可能你并不甚了解。
职业枯竭（Job Burnout）又叫“工作倦怠”，是指在工作重压下的一种身心疲惫的状态，厌倦工作的感受，是一种身心能量被工作耗尽的感觉。职业枯竭者常常表现出如下六大方面的特征：
生理枯竭。感觉身体能量被耗尽了，极度疲劳和虚弱，持续的精力不济，常会伴随失眠、头痛、背痛、肠胃不适等身体的症状。
才智枯竭。它会让人有一种空虚感，一种被掏空的感觉，觉得自己的知识已经没有办法满足工作的需要，注意力常常不能集中，思维效率下降。
情绪枯竭。工作热情完全消失、情绪烦躁、容易发脾气、容易迁怒于人、对人冷漠无情、麻木不仁、没有爱心。
价值衰弱。表现为个人的成就感下降，自我评价也在降低，觉得自己做什么工作都做不好。工作效率低，容易出错，导致工作积极性的一再降低，形成恶性循环。
去人性化。“去人性化”直接表现为人际交往中的消极、否定、猜忌和不信任，这种态度既有对同事的，也有对家人的。
攻击行为。攻击有两个方向，一是对别人的攻击行为会增多，比如人际摩擦增多，会在极端的情况下出现打骂无故无辜人的情况；另外一种攻击是指向自身，出现自残行为，甚至在极端枯竭的情况下出现自杀。
