Author Description

包扬，医学博士，1986年毕业于中国医科大学口腔医学专业。1991年赴北京医科大学修复科进修一年。主攻口腔修复专业。1999于日本爱媛大学获日本医学博士学位。十多年来一直从事口腔修复学的医疗、教学、科研工作，具有丰富的临床经验和理论知识，承担1项省级科研项目。

Book Abstract

毕业成为口腔医生，已经过去了近40年的岁月。在这期间通过对口腔医疗的思考和科学性研究后。有了长足的进步。刚成为口腔医生的时候单纯地认为将补牙等处置做好就是对患者负责。为了进行不懈的医学治疗，离开了保险医疗行业，成立了自费医疗诊所，服务于信任自己医术的患者。由此，术前的诊察诊断要切实可行，要设计治疗计划，并将其展示给患者。
因此从开业时起，就有计划地开展口腔摄影。可以说，作为口腔医生，临床工作与口腔摄影的开展是同步进行的。后来，在酒田市山口县开设日吉牙科诊所，成立了把保健诊疗作为主体的诊疗系统之后，口腔内摄影依然应用在临床工作中。因为口腔内摄影已成为临床工作中不可或缺的技术。从Perrlsylvarlia大学的口腔学部牙周病科的Roser Jberg副教授的文献中，学到了口腔内规范摄影（照片）的重要性，开始考虑实施能展示口腔内整体状态的成套照片的拍摄。在我的诊所里，为了留下患者的信息记录，既要努力不受保健诊疗的干扰，进行口腔内摄影，还要积极积累X光片和诊疗记录等资料。在那之后，一个口腔技师开始了口腔内摄影，提出了短时间内拍摄规范成套照片的方法，在患者的配合下，口腔内摄影更贴近了临床工作。起初口腔内摄影是以收集患者资料为目的。
但随着术前、术后以及定期口腔内摄影的开展，还积累了不少可贵的经验。口腔内摄影客观地、具体地显示了肉眼看不清的症状或变化，可以提高术者的观察力。而且，使用口腔内摄影可以使医生考虑如何评估患者的治愈过程和变化，从而改变治疗方法。
