前言
近年来，随着免疫化学、细胞生物学和分子生物学的不断发展，以及各种高新技术在免疫学中的应用，许多微量、快速、高度特异和灵敏，并能自行自动化检测和数据分析处理的新实验方法得以建立。以抗原抗体反应为基础的现代免疫学实验技术不断更新、发展和充实，成为生命科学各个领域中实验研究的重要手段。运用免疫学实验技术对抗原性物质的定性、定量检测不仅推动了对免疫学现象的研究，而且扩大了免疫学与医学各个领域的联系。目前，免疫学实验技术已广泛用于各种传染病、免疫缺陷病、超敏反应、自身免疫病、移植排斥反应及肿瘤等疾病的诊断、疗效评价及发病机制的研究。
