Author Description

田原，女，中国医药科技出版社中医药文化编辑中心主任。近年致力于中医药文化传播事业，寻访著名中医药大家、挖掘优秀民间中医100多名。著作近20部，300余万字。

蛛丝马迹，这个说法很有道理。真是细节决定成败。
应该说，寻常型银屑病是最多见的，也是病情最轻的一种。初期就长小米粒似的、很小的一个小红点。全身可能会有一点痒，也有的人是不疼不痒的。脸上慢慢地起一点小白皮。在病人心目中，一想到银屑病，必然都是像牛皮那么厚的，起大块、大块的白皮，那才叫银屑病。其实呢，刚得的时候，它就是像针尖一样的小红点，很容易和风疹、痒疹、湿疹及皮炎混在一块儿，可以说人们对它的认识有很多误区。
留意看呢，银屑病的表现是这样的：皮肤上长出些红色的斑块或者疹子，上面有一层厚薄不同的银白色皮屑，像鱼鳞，很容易脱落，一摩蹭就掉皮屑，掉完后就看到破皮的地方有一层红色薄膜，它还不会流脓出血，再刮破了这层薄膜，才会在这个小疹子口上渗点血珠，像针尖那么细，不会很多。
这个病的初期治疗效果还是挺好的，刚受潮受风的时候，祛风燥湿的治疗比较有效，目前寻常型银屑病的治愈率能达到95％以上，这是我们自己对临床上万病例统计的数据。.还有些人得了寻常型银屑病，带着一辈子也没啥事儿，有的人会慢慢地转化成其他类型，比如红皮病型，脓包病型或者其他病型，那时候就严重了。所以说，正确认识和治疗非常重要。
