乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，在女性恶性肿瘤中排首位，发病率逐年上升，近年来新疆女性乳腺癌患者人数在全国排名前列。子宫颈癌也是常见妇科恶性肿瘤之一，新疆维吾尔族女性子宫颈癌的患病率和病死率二十多年来一直处于高水平，严重威胁着维吾尔族女性的身体健康和生活质量。
国内外的实践证明，乳腺癌、子宫颈癌（简称“两癌”）的预后与病期有密切关系，早期乳腺癌治愈率可达60%以上，早期子宫颈癌治愈率可达90%以上。积极采取有效措施开展“两癌”筛查，有利于提高“两癌”治愈率。鉴于新疆和田地区“两癌”高发的现状，北京市援疆和田指挥部设立专项经费，在对口支援的墨玉县、洛浦县、和田县、和田市“三县一市”开展已婚妇女“两癌”筛查，并进行相关知识宣传普及，以提高“两癌”的早诊率、提高生存率，降低病死率。
我们在和田地区开展“两癌”筛查的实践中认识到，寻找适合当地的、经济实用的筛查方法，制定并优化筛查方案，还有很长的路要走；如何让适龄人群从被动接受检查转变为主动要求筛查，还有很多工作要做。因此，在积极推进“两癌”筛查的同时，根据医护人员的需求，我们组织专家编写了《乳腺癌、子宫颈癌筛查实用技术手册》。

三、乳腺肿物的图像分析
（一）位置
结合时钟表盘式定位法、象限定位法及解剖层次定位明确病变位置。
（二）肿物的大小
肿物大小的测量包括最长径、与之垂直断面的短径、前后径三条径线。
（三）肿物的形状
可分为圆形、椭圆形、分叶状、不规则形。为圆形或椭圆形时，大部分为良性肿瘤，不规则形常见于恶性肿瘤。
（四）肿物的内部回声
1.肿物的回声特点可分为无回声、低回声、等回声、高回声、混合回声。肿物的回声高低，一般指与脂肪层的回声参照。
2.肿物内部回声的均匀性可分为均匀和非均匀。一般而言，均匀回声肿物常见于良性肿瘤，恶性肿瘤内部回声多不均匀。
（五）肿物内钙化灶
有大小和形态之分，微钙化在灰阶超声常表现为微小点状强回声，分布特点为密集点状。微小钙化高度提示乳腺癌，粗大钙化多见于良性病灶。
（六）肿物的后方回声
可分为回声衰减、无变化或增强。肿物后方出现回声衰减，则高度怀疑为恶性病变，侧壁回声失落通常见于良性肿瘤。
（七）肿物的边界
常以清楚的、平滑的、不清楚的、微小叶状、不规则、锯齿状或针状突出描述肿物的边缘。
（八）肿物的纵横比
肿物的前后径与横径的比值称为肿物的纵横比，可作为推断肿瘤良恶性的参考。纵横比>1，提示恶性可能性大。
（九）肿物的血流情况
乳腺肿物的血流彩色多普勒显示丰富程度对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断有帮助。乳腺癌血流信号检出率一般多于良性。
