Author Description

徐宜厚，1940年生，湖北省武汉市人。主任医师，教授，第二批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴，新加坡中华医学会学术顾问。曾任中国中医药学会外科委员会副主任委员。
1963年毕业于原武汉中医学院中医本科。曾从师于武汉名医单苍桂老巾医和北京名医赵炳南教授。在40多年的临床、教学、科研工作中，既主张精读古典医籍名著，又坚持现代实验研究，进而促进宏观的整体观与微观的量化观相结合，使中医学术更具有时代的特征。临床用药，强调贴切病症不拘一格，尤其对花类药、藤类药在皮肤病治疗的应用中颇多心得。主要著述有《皮肤病中医诊疗学》、《徐宜厚皮肤病临床经验辑要》、《中医皮肤病临床手册》、《结缔组织病中医治疗学》、《皮肤病针灸治疗学》等12本专著。1992年至今多次应邀赴新加坡、马来西亚、英国和香港地区讲学。

Book Abstract

医籍心述篇
初探王氏三丸在皮肤科的应用
清·王维德，字洪绪，江苏吴县人，别号林屋山人。其家祖传疡医。王氏自幼继承家业。于1740年刊出《外科全生集》。全书列证48种，载方75首。他在自序中说：“惟予一家，是以将祖遗秘术，及予临证。将药到病愈之方，并精制石之发，尽登是集。”一扫医界秘不外传的陋习。诚如该书黄序所颂：“是编乃林屋山人出其家传枕中秘，不为自私自利之谋，而亟亟焉以济人为急务，呕出心肝，尽情昭揭。”我在学习王氏《外科全生集》后，将其中的西黄丸、醒消丸、小金丸用于临床实践，效验很多。现将其要陈述如下。
（一）西黄丸
组成：西牛黄0.9g，麝香4.5g，乳香、没药（各去油，分研极细末）各30g，黄米饭30g。
制法与服法：用黄米饭捣烂为丸，忌火烘烤干。1日2次，每次3g。
功效：解毒、活血、化瘀。
主治：掌跖脓疱病、、急性丹毒、癣菌疹急性期、聚合性痤疮、腹股沟肉芽肿等。
方释：方中牛黄清热解毒，化痰散结；麝香消除肿痛，疏通经络；乳香、没药既能活血化瘀，又能消肿定痛。四药合用更能发挥相互彰益的效果。

Introduction

公元2000年2月，我年满60岁，上书申请退休，三个月后获得批准，从此，我专心致志地从事临床和读书。
我宁静思考，从医45年以来，恩师的教诲，社会的培育，家人的扶持，使我在中医皮肤科学领域稍有建树。我深深懂得感恩与回报。在闲暇之时，我用心读书，用心思索，用心临床，用心撰写心得体会。近十余年来，我先后应邀赴广州、香港、长沙、武汉、大连、哈尔滨等地讲学，将我一鳞半爪之得，合盘托出，希望对推动中医皮肤科学的发展，尽绵薄之力。
2008年春，承蒙人民卫生出版社的厚爱，将我列入继承与发扬中医学术经验丛书的撰稿人，我秉承中医优良传统，不吝秘术，将我毕生所学和临床心得整理成册，书名《徐宜厚皮肤科传心录》。该书分为5篇。
“医籍心述篇”，是我读书后所撰写的部分书评，特别是《本草纲目》中药摘要，言简意赅，我曾从中悟出许多用药的妙处，指导临床颇多帮助。
“用药心得篇”，既探讨中药治疗皮肤病的一般规律，又阐述个人用药用方的深切体会。“诊疗心悟篇”，是我对某些皮肤病辨证施治要点的总结，冀在提高中医皮肤科诊疗水平，起到抛砖引玉的作用。
“医案心语篇”，选择了31个不同皮肤病的验案，除简要陈述诊疗全过程外，在按语中对该病明确提出一管之见和某些注意事项。
