第一部分心血管疾病中成药概要
所谓中成药，就是在中医药理论指导下，以中药为原料，按照规定的处方和工艺成批生产的，具有确切疗效和规范标准的，可以直接供临床上辨证使用的制剂，简称中成药。
一、中成药的起源与发展
中成药的历史悠久，它的起源是与人类同疾病的斗争密切相关的。早在原始社会，药物治疗疾病已经开始，最初是用单昧药。经过长期的医疗实践，为了更好地发挥药物的作用和适应比较复杂的病情，把几种药物配合起来使用，于是产生了方剂，进而制成剂型，成为中成药。中成药是中医方剂的一种，它是伴随祖国医学的方剂发展而来的。而常常将制成中成药的一些疗效确切的方剂称为成方。古今成方数以万计，除汤剂之外，大多数是成药。这些成方是通过历代医家不断演变和发展，最终才形成了今天丰富多彩的中成药。现就具有代表性的成药为例，联系著名方书，随其时代前后排列，作一简要介绍。

Introduction

心血管疾病是临床常见病、多发病和严重威胁人民生命健康的疾病，有专家用流行病学的方法预测到2020年，心血管疾病将成为中国国民首要的死因。心血管疾病已经成为我国一个重要的公共卫生问题，提高我国心血管疾病的防治水平刻不容缓。近年来中医药工作者在心血管病的防治领域开展了大量卓有成效的工作，在基础理论、实验研究和临床治疗等方面均取得了长足的进展，并开发了多种用于治疗中医心血管疾病的中成药，显示了中药在心血管疾病治疗方面的特色与优势。
中医治疗心血管疾病有着悠久的历史和丰富的临证经验，中成药因其疗效确切，服用方便，便于携带而深受广大医生和患者的欢迎。但是，目前临床治疗心血管疾病的中成药种类很多，临床医生每每依病用药，疏于辨证施治，影响了中成药疗效的发挥。辨证施治是中医学的精髓，如何辨证使用中成药，使中成药的疗效得到充分的发挥，是中医临证面临的重要课题。
