Author Description

徐荣斋（1911-1982），浙江绍兴人。从师于杨哲安、问业于曹炳章。1959年毕业于南京中医学院，执教于浙江中医学院（现浙江中医药大学）。为浙江中医学院第一批硕士生指导教师，原《浙江中医学院学报》编辑室主任。毕业精研《内经》等经典著作，尤精于妇科。

（7）肝肾枯竭型：身体营养障碍，体力不振，饮食少，肌肉瘦，肤色萎黄干枯，特别面部呈灰褐色，耳轮瘪薄，色黑，精神抑郁、无兴奋感，呈现特异的衰颓状态，甚则有皮下水肿现象。月经多数闭止不潮，如发现阴道经常出血，白带增多，有恶臭，下腹部时痛，或面肘及下肢浮肿，应考虑宫颈癌或宫体癌。
以上七种病型，为妇科临床中所常见，特分列以做参考。传统说法，一般认为观察形色，主要从肌肤骨肉及面部等色泽方面着眼：根据肌肤的滑涩，测知津液的盛衰；肉之充实与松弛，知后天脾胃的强弱（脾主肌肉，食而能化则肌肉丰满，否则瘦削）；骨骼之大小，知肾精的盛衰；指甲之泽韧与枯脆，知肝血的盈亏；手掌之厚薄，知疾病的浅深（久病如掌后鱼际部肌肉尚隆起，体虽瘦弱，病浅可治；若掌肉瘪薄平陷，鱼际部无肉隆起，其病必深）。至于面色，总以红润光泽为正常，灰暗枯萎为病象。感受外邪发热病，面色不妨油滞；久病正虚，只宜瘦削清癯。如果邪热炽盛，而面白而少神；久病阴亏，而面色却鲜艳，不是好气色。面色有青气隐稳，目眶上下有烟煤色，其人必患肝气郁结，气分和血分都有陈旧结滞，腹胁部必有瘕瘕痃癖，月经必不调，或痛经，或经闭。面色灰暗（面尘），考虑有虚实两证：虚证多因久崩久漏，肝肾亏损，常伴有头晕、耳鸣，腿胫无力，腰酸带下等症状；实证多因燥邪所伤，干血内结，常伴有腹胀、口燥、肌肤干糙如鱼鳞状，甚则腹部有瘕块，月经涩少或闭止。面色灰黑，形容枯槁，多见于久病肾气将竭，如子宫恶性肿瘤后期、肾上腺皮质功能衰退等疾患。另有面赤、唇红而出现高热，一般多是热性病进展期。如伴下腹部掣痛，要考虑急性盆腔炎或阑尾炎；如午后两颧潮红、唇红、低热、月经闭止，或经量特少，有时腹痛，应考虑生殖器结核。
