Book Abstract

1.神经外胚层的发育最重要
（1）视网膜的发生：视网膜是由视杯内、外两层共同分化而成的。视杯外层在发育中形成视网膜色素上皮层，从胚胎第4周时，细胞内开始出现色素颗粒，至第5周时细胞内则已经充满色素。视杯内层急剧进行细胞增殖增厚，分化出视网膜内9层感觉层。不久，视杯内外层之间的视泡腔逐渐变窄、消失，形成潜在的腔隙。至胚胎第8月时，视网膜10层结构基本形成。然而，视网膜的功能发育相对迟缓一些。由于出生时视锥细胞还没有发育完全，所以出生后不久的婴儿尚不能固视，直至出生后4个月黄斑发育完成。如果出生后眼的屈光间质混浊，如先天性白内障，或眼被遮盖，阻碍了黄斑部接受正常光觉和形觉的刺激，就会影响黄斑的发育而造成弱视。
（2）睫状体、虹膜上皮的发生：在胚胎第3月时，视杯前缘向前生长，并向晶状体泡与角膜之间的间充质内延伸，形成睫状体和虹膜内面的两层上皮。虹膜内面的两层上皮都分化为色素上皮，其中外层上皮还分化出瞳孔括约肌和瞳孔开大肌。
（3）视神经的发生：视神经由胚胎的视柄发育而来。胚胎第6周时，视网膜神经节细胞的轴突形成，在视网膜上形成神经纤维层，并向视柄内层聚集，与外层融合，演变为视神经。视神经纤维通过视柄时，视柄细胞逐渐消失，仅视乳头中央尚有少量神经胶质细胞残留，出生时即萎缩形成生理凹陷。
