三、伤后护理
（十七）手外伤后容易继发哪些皮肤损伤？
手外伤后因为肿胀、神经损伤等，受伤部位会出现不同程度的感觉障碍，主要表现为对触觉、温度（冷、热）觉等感觉迟钝，容易出现烫伤、冻伤、擦伤等。
（十八）如何自我保护，避免伤后继发皮肤损伤？
注意保持与锐利、坚硬物品间的距离，谨防擦伤、割伤和碰伤。
洗手时先用健侧手试水温（在45℃左右），然后再将患侧手浸入水中，以免烫伤。
防止患侧手因握重物而自伤，如使用热水瓶不当等导致的烫伤。
避免长时间抓握。
寒冷季节注意保暖患侧手，以防冻伤。
（十九）哪些方法有助于减轻水肿？
早期水肿处理不当，会成为关节僵硬的主要原因，术后早期可尝试下列方法减轻水肿：
抬高患肢：持续抬高受伤的手臂，使手臂远端高于近端，近端高于心脏水平。
主动运动：如果病情允许，术后应尽早开始做前臂和手部肌肉的等长收缩（不产生关节运动），促进静脉回流，帮助消肿。
按摩：如果患部皮肤条件许可，可做向心性（由远侧向近侧）按摩，以适度按压为主。
患部加压：采用弹力绷带从指尖到指根缠绕手指，然后放开，重复进行，每日数次。
理疗：根据病情可选择无热量超短波、磁疗、低频或中频脉冲电刺激等理疗措施，可以很好地帮助消肿。
（二十）术后如何正确摆放患侧手？
术后正确摆放患侧手有助于预防手部血液循环障碍等潜在并发症。
可选择较舒适的卧位，用枕头或者支架将患侧手垫起，略高于心脏水平，以促进静脉和淋巴回流，减轻肢体肿胀。
侧卧位时避免患侧手长时间放在身体下侧，以免影响血液循环，加重水肿。
坐位、立位时，将患肢悬吊于胸前，不要下垂或随步行而甩动患手。
