《特殊儿童教育与康复文库：特殊儿童教育评估》：
第二步，编制一份双向细目表，把代表性取样的要求（如包括哪些细目，每一个细目编制多少题目，分值是多少等）用双向细目表的形式体现出来。
第三步，分析测验中的每一道题，看它测量了双向细目表中哪一个方面的内容。将测验题目在每一个细目中的比例与标准取样的比例相对照，如果二者的吻合程度高，就表明测验的内容效度高；反之，则表明测验的内容效度低。
第四步，写出鉴定报告，说明测验所包含的各类题目的数量及分数比例，以及它对所要测量的内容领域的覆盖率如何。
检验内容效度的方法主要为逻辑分析法。虽然有人曾做过其他的尝试，但是到目前为止，还没有一种成熟的统计方法可以用于估计测验的内容效度。
内容效度是大多数测验必须具备的基本条件之一。它特别适合用来评价成就测验的质量，因为这类测验所测量的内容范围一般比较明确且易于界定。不过，内容效度存在一定的局限性。首先，内容效度缺乏可靠的统计指标，因而妨碍了各测验间的相互比较。其次，内容效度主要由专家做出判断，往往带有很大的主观性。不同的专家对同一内容领域的重点、取样要求有不同的认识，对内容效度的判断可能会不一致。另外，双向细目表一般较难编制，这也给内容效度的检验带来一定的困难。
2。效标关联效度
效标关联效度，又叫实证效度，是指一个测验对处于特定情境中的个体的行为进行诊断或预测时的有效程度。效标关联效度越高，测验对某些行为的诊断或预测就越准确。在这里，要诊断或要预测的行为称为效标，测验与效标之间的关联程度即为效标关联效度，有时简称为效标效度。
根据效标资料收集的时间不同，效标关联效度分为两种：一种叫同时效度，另一种叫预测效度。同时效度是指在实施测验的同时收集效标资料所求得的效标关联效度。它主要用于检验测验对受测者的某些行为做诊断时的有效程度。例如，有人新编制了一个儿童问题行为评定量表，在实施该测验的同时收集了近一周内教师的观察记录作为效标，通过确定二者之间的关联程度即可判断该测验用于诊断问题行为的有效性。
预测效度是指在实施测验一段时间之后收集效标资料所求得的效标关联效度。它主要用于检验测验对个体的某些行为做预测时的准确程度。在这里，用来预测个体未来某些行为的测验叫作预测源。例如，有人编制了一套学术能力倾向测验，在实施该测验五年后收集受测者的学业成绩作为效标，确定该测验与效标之间的关联程度即可判断该测验用于预测学业成就的有效性。在考察测验的效度时，预测效度被关注的程度远远超过同时效度，所以效标关联效度一般指的是预测效度。
检验效标关联效度时首先要确定效标。由于效标是衡量测验有效性的标准，因此选择好效标是非常重要的。
效标有两种形式：一种是观念效标，另一种是效标测量。所谓观念效标，是指以一种抽象概念存在于头脑中的效标。例如，用学术能力倾向测验预测一个人的学业成就，那么在课程学习上取得好成绩就是一种观念效标。而体现观念效标的一些具体指标就是效标测量。例如，受测者在学校里的学习成绩排名、考入各类中学或大学、参加学科竞赛、发表学术论文等都可以作为个人学业成就的效标测量。
效标测量可以是多种多样的，常见的效标测量有以下几类：①其他标准化测验的分数，如韦克斯勒儿童智力量表、斯坦福一比内智力量表的分数；②学习成绩，如语文、数学、常识、音乐学科的期末或平时的考试成绩；③教师评定，如班主任对本班学生的智力、学习成绩、行为问题、品德、个性等的评定；④专门的训练成绩，如感觉统合能力、记忆力、注意力、计算能力、推理能力、口语表达能力、书面表达能力、创造力、社会技能等训练后的成绩；⑤实际的生活状况或工作表现，如自理水平、社区生活的参与程度、所从事的职业、用人单位的评价；等等。
目前，检验效标关联效度的方法主要有下面几种。
（1）计算效度系数。
计算效度系数是效标关联效度的各种检验方法中最常用的一种。具体的求法是：首先实施作为预测源的测验，与此同时或经过一段时间之后收集效标资料，然后计算预测源分数与效标测量的相关系数，即可得到效度系数。若两列变量均为连续变量，通常用积差相关公式计算效度系数；若两列变量中有一列不是正态连续变量，或两列变量都不是正态连续变量，就要根据变量的特点选用其他相关公式。
效度系数表明了预测源与效标的相关程度。如果效度系数高，则表明预测源与效标之间的相关度很高。也就是说，在预测源上得分高的人，在效标测量上分数也高，在预测源上得分低的人，在效标测量上分数也低。测验编制及使用者可以根据效度系数来评价和选择测验。
