本书是日本知名文艺女星苍井优的写真集。

2004年，苍井优为拍摄电影《花与爱丽丝》写真来到台湾台北取景，在摄影师的镜头中，她在台北街头留下满满的足迹，像是在永康街吃芒果冰、或是在商店买东西，甚至还穿着高中制服在丽水街留下倩影。好吃的食物、亲切的人群、漂亮的风景……种种美好的回忆，让优酱一直对台湾念念不忘。

Author Description

Extra Interview 1 食欲

大家聚在一起吃饭，不仅食物会变得更美味，进食的心情也会变得更美好。

在台湾的外食文化中，相约去外面吃饭是理所当然的事情，从某种意义上说，我很羡慕这点。在这里，路上巧遇邻居朋友，大家约去品尝附近路边摊的情况非常自然，但换作东京的话，还是挺难实现的。

住在福冈时，家里的餐桌总是异常热闹。

我父母很喜欢家庭聚会，尤其是周末和假日。因学校周六只上半天课，放学后我会邀约同学一起回家。此外，聚会的人员还有我的父母、哥哥、同学的父母、弟弟妹妹等人。大家齐聚一堂，即便是用家庭号的章鱼烧机器来回翻动章鱼烧也很有趣。

我们还常举办比萨派对，不过每次都是叫外卖比萨。对我父母而言，与好友一同热闹快乐地用餐，即是最大的满足。

不过现下回想，那时的我是个有些奇怪的小孩，因为我讨厌调味料，所以不爱吃东西。无论生鱼片还是沙拉，我都不会添加任何调味料，而是直接吃。由于我不会为了让食物变美味而加调味料，所以我并不认为食物美味，可尽管食物不美味我又讨厌添加调味料，就这样，我陷入了恶性循环。

因从小如此，我一直不认为吃饭是因为食物美味，而是因为一日当中设定了吃饭的时间。即便去东京开始上班后的一段时间，我的这一认知也没有改变。

托现任经纪人高柳的福，我渐渐体味到吃饭是件快乐的事，并为此感到幸福。

高柳会叮嘱我按时吃饭，如工作疲惫或情绪低沉，他会带我品尝平日不常吃的美食。当每餐都有好好吃饭后，食欲也随之好转，并且对美食也会产生浓厚的了解欲，我很庆幸高柳的味觉能如此与我合拍。

即便在一段时期我变得很胖时，经纪人也绝没说过『请减肥』这样的话。就算半夜吃拉面，他也不会干涉，反倒跟我一起吃。

在一边注意自我管理一边想吃美食时，我也明白『吃则意味着胖』这一自然规律，但我至今仍受食欲所驱，吃着自己想吃的东西。尤其是最近一段时间，对美食的兴趣占据了我的生活的最大比例。清晨起床首要考虑的事便是今天吃什么，只要想想能吃到美食，浓浓的幸福感就会涌上心头。
