Book Abstract

从眼睛看你的肝好吗
肝开窍于目，眼睛之所以能视物，全赖于肝血的濡养。如果肝血不足，眼睛就会出现干涩、酸胀，甚至会引起视力减退。若是肝火偏旺，则眼睛红赤，小孩则有眼屎出现。
随着年龄的增长，肝血日渐不足，故而经常会出现眼睛干涩的问题，因此应注意休息，不要熬夜，尽量减少对肝血的耗损，也可以经常吃一些养肝明目的食物进行调养。
眼睛酸涩
原因解析：眼睛需要肝血滋养，只有肝血充足的人眼睛才能水灵。若是肝血不足，没有足够的肝阴去滋养眼睛，就会导致眼睛酸涩。
对症调养：补肝明目可通过摄入动物的肝脏来进行调养，诸如鸡肝、猪肝、兔肝等，均能达到补肝血、养眼睛的功效。
眼睛发红
原因解析：肝火或风热邪气循肝经上炎，到达于眼睛，导致眼睛的火气比较大，则眼睛红赤。
对症调养：可用清肝降火的菊花、金银花、桑叶进行食疗，能起到较好的散风除热的功效。
眼睛瘙痒怕光
原因解析：眼睛需要肝阴的滋养，若是肝阴不足，供养眼睛的“水液”也就缺乏，由此导致眼睛瘙痒怕光。
对症调养：可用枸杞子、石斛、麦冬、女贞子来滋养肝阴，保证供应眼睛的“水液”充足。
眼睛里面有血丝
原因解析：吃得过于油腻，容易生闷气，都会导致肝脏的火气比较大。肝火最容易沿着肝经上行。当过旺的肝火到达眼睛时，会导致眼睛发炎，由此出现红血丝。
对症调养：饮食上可增加黄花菜、蒲公英、冬瓜、芹菜的摄入量，以达到降火凉血的功效。
只有肝血充分濡养眼睛，眼睛才能明亮不干涩。
从指甲看你的肝好吗
中医认为筋的健康状况取决于肝。指甲是“筋”的一部分，自然也需要靠肝血、肝阴滋养，所以通过指甲也能了解肝脏的健康状况。
指甲淡白
原因解析：若是肝血不足，指甲就会失养，由此导致指甲淡白、凹凸不平。另外，脾胃不和、气血不足，肝血失于内涵也往往是主要原因。指甲淡白的话需要及时补血养肝，以防肝脏病变。
对症调养：饮食上可以增加猪血、猪肝、鸡肝、木耳、菠菜、大枣等食物的摄入量，均能起到良好的补肝养血功效。
指甲变形
原因解析：健康的指甲中部隆起，边缘弯曲向下。若是指甲的中部不凸起，边缘翘起，这样的指甲往往与肝阴血不足有关系。指甲需要肝阴、肝血濡养，一旦养料不足，指甲的形态就容易发生异常。
对症调养：饮食上可多吃木耳，补血功效比较强。也可以用中药枸杞子、当归、鸡血藤来进行食疗，能够起到补血养筋的功效。
指甲容易断裂
原因解析：中医认为指甲质地坚硬是肝血充盈的体现。如果指甲比较脆，容易劈裂，则表明肝血不足、筋失所养。
对症调养：饮食上可以适当增加补血养肝食材和维生素A含量比较高的食材的摄入量，诸如鸡肝、猪肝、胡萝卜等。
指甲发红
原因解析：肝脏容易火大，若是肝火绵延不去，对指甲也会有所影响，典型的外表症状即为指甲发红。
对症调养：可用绿豆、雪梨、西瓜、蒲公英来降肝火，清除体内的热毒。
肝血不足则指甲会失养，表现为淡白、凹凸不平。
