Author Description

马云，上海体育学院博士生导师，国家体育总局运动医学研究所体育医院主任医师。从事临床、运动医学教学和实践工作30多年，具有丰富的临床工作和运动员医疗工作经验；作为体育医院创建人之一参与了体育医院的建设与管理；从2000年起曾多次负责组织、策划并直接参加了大型运动会的医疗保障工作。2014年，作为冬奥会中国代表团首席医务官组织并参加了索契冬奥会的医疗保障工作。主要研究方向是运动性疾病的防治，运动心肺功能和大众健康促进心脑血管疾病的运动干预及运动处方。，获得国家科学技术进步二等奖及国家体育总局的多项奖励。近十年来完成并发表专业论文约五十余篇，专著五部。
现任运动医学研究所副所长、体育医院副院长、运动医务监督研究室主任，中华医学会运动医疗分会委员、中国体育科学学会运动医学分会委员等职。

《高血压运动处方指南与实例》：
四、循序渐进
刚进行运动时间不长的人切不能因急于追求效果而盲目地增加运动量。尤其是在缺乏医疗监护和监测条件下，要从低强度的运动开始，在数周内逐渐延长运动时间、加大运动强度并增加运动的种类。按照运动训练使机体产生的生理性反应的特点，可以将运动方案分为三个阶段，即开始阶段、适应阶段和维持阶段。通过有计划增加运动量、循序渐进，逐渐产生有利于机体的适应性反应。五、专业人员指导
目前，我们可以看到健身教练、医生、康复师都在开具运动处方，对于运动处方究竟应该由谁来制定，在我国并没有明确的规定。美国规定有处方权的人士才能够制定运动处方。对于高血压患者而言，其制定运动处方前，必须要有一定的评估，应由运动医学或心血管医生等专业人员进行效益、风险评估，了解病患现病史、家族史以及现有主要并发症情况，调查患者的个人生活习惯、饮食营养状态、日常生活热量消耗分析，判断其是否适合运动治疗。在此基础上根据运动耐力测试和心电运动试验结果制定运动处方，包括运动强度、时间、频率、运动类型和注意事项。为此，运动治疗的专业指导人员必须具有临床知识、运动生理学、运动生化学、运动营养学、运动医务监督、运动损伤预防和处理等知识结构和应用技能，才能确保运动治疗的有效性和安全性。当然，依并发症不同可选择其他医生加入团队，如肾科、眼科、心理医生等人员，共同完成高血压患者的运动指导。
