亲爱的肥肉，我们早该分手了

我从小就喜欢运动，小学时是篮球队队员，初中时加入了柔道队；青春期嘛，哪个男生食量不大？哪个男生不爱油炸、高热量，好吃却超不健康的垃圾食物？但青春期的我和“胖”从不曾连在一起。

直到高中时脚受了伤，将近一两年无法运动，运动量变少了，但食量没变。有大碗绝不吃小碗，薯条、可乐不离手，吃到饱是最爱，吃到走不动才划算，吃消夜来者不拒！总之，大吃大喝是我的人生乐趣！

结果，我的体重开始快速升高，身高却原地不动。

才20岁，却像50岁的胖大叔！

不知不觉中养成的坏习惯，让我的体重攀上人生巅峰！这时候我想要说服自己可爱已经有点难，因为现实是残酷的。同学不留情面地说我“痴肥”“恶心”。胖子，成了我的代名词。

现在回想起来，那段日子感觉真的很黑暗。因为胖到没自信，不想出门；因为胖到很难买到合适的衣服，连衣服都乱穿，头发也不整理。反正来者不拒，大吃大喝才有乐趣。

那时身边的好兄弟看不过去，常常用言语刺激我要控制。虽然表面上我装作不在乎（其实是胖到不知所措），但幸好肥肉底层还存在着爱美的天性。我努力尝试各种我知道的极端瘦身法，可是每一次都在复胖的轮回中循环着，生理与心理承受着莫大的痛苦与折磨

悲摧！猪的深夜食堂

我试过激烈的断食、冒生命危险吞瘦身药、看瘦身门诊、去中医埋针抑制食欲、吃苹果或番石榴当一日三餐、少吃多运动、不吃淀粉和油炸类食物，当然吃东西要去油等基础招数更不用说了。

虽然这些方式短时间好像有效，也确实瘦了几千克，但并不容易长期执行，所以两星期之后一恢复正常饮食，体重很快就回来了。这点让我很受挫折，更加暴饮暴食。

我曾经连续两星期每天只吃一餐，白天跟大家宣告我在瘦身，不要找我吃东西……却在夜深人静时，偷偷跑去市场吃卤肉饭，还直冲极限的搭配盐酥鸡和珍珠奶茶，仿佛为了弥补白天的肚饿，非得吃到快吐才甘愿。但是，马上就后悔，很想把刚才吃的全部吐出来……就这样在瘦身、复胖的煎熬中摇摆，体重越减越重。
