师从“全国名老中医”黄吉赓教授、“上海市名中医”何立人教授和张效禹教授。曾赴法国马赛St-Joseph医院呼吸科进修。获上海中医药大学第一批中医“后备业务专家培养和上海市卫生局”“上海市名老中医药专家学术经验高级研修班”培养。

Book Abstract

大气污染物中，以二氧化硫的危害最为突出。二氧化硫的浓度无论大小对呼吸道都有刺激，当二氧化硫的浓度不太大时，可刺激眼睛和呼吸道黏膜，引起眼睛及呼吸道不适；当浓度大时，则对呼吸道有强烈的刺激和腐蚀作用，引起呼吸道的病变。有资料表明，空气中二氧化硫浓度超过每立方米1000ug时，气管炎、支气管炎急性发作显著增多。硫酸烟雾对呼吸道的慢性刺激也可引起气管、支气管炎。长期吸入低浓度氯化氢、氯气、二氧化氮及粉尘等，均可造成支气管黏膜糜烂、纤毛脱落、腺体分泌增多，甚至发生支气管痉挛，形成支气管炎。长期接触工业刺激性粉尘和有害气体的工人，气管炎、支气管炎的患病率远比其他人群为高。
近来的灰霾天气所含的小分子气溶胶颗粒以及气溶胶所附着的有害物质，也是引起急、慢性支气管炎的重要因素。PM2.5是指大气中直径小于或等于2.5um的颗粒物，也称为可入肺颗粒物，是国际上监测空气污染程度的重要指数。PM2.5最主要的来源是人为产生的，煤炭、石油及其他矿物燃烧产生的工业废气以及机动车产生的尾气，包括散播到空气中的灰尘、硫酸、硝酸、有机碳氢化合物等粒子，经过一系列光化学反应形成的二次污染物。PM2.5成分复杂，在其颗粒气溶胶上往往附着有毒、有害物质，如果吸附了致癌物质就有致癌效应，如吸附了二噁英就有生殖危害，要是吸附了重金属就有重金属的危害。相较于大分子物质会被人体的上呼吸道防御屏障所阻挡，PM2.5这些直径较小的气溶胶颗粒能轻易穿过鼻腔、咽喉、气管等大气道，直接进入肺部及其周围细支气管，约50%将会沉积下来，其上附着的有毒、有害物质就会被释放，损伤肺部组织，破坏免疫屏障，甚至还会通过肺泡上皮渗透入血液，影响心血管系统，从而引发肺部炎症、肺癌、哮喘、心脏病等多种疾病，被人们调侃成影响健康的“空中杀手”。
