李宁，北京协和医院营养科营养师，副教授。
从事营养工作20余年，主要从事住院病人的营养治疗、门诊病人的营养指导等工作，在对糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病、高血压病、高脂血症、慢性肾功能不全和各类营养不良患者的营养治疗、营养咨询方面具有丰富的临床经验。同时承担协和医科大学及首都医科大学的营养学教学工作，为培养新一代营养师做出了不懈努力。

不同年龄的人饮水各有讲究
儿童
对于儿童饮用水一定要慎之又慎，因为儿童的肠胃相对成年人来说是很脆弱的。如果不慎喝了不干净的水，体内残留许多细菌，宝宝就很容易拉肚子，或者会引起其他一些更严重的症状。
●6个月以内纯母乳的宝宝：如果没有明显出汗，一般不用喂水。人工喂养的宝宝要在两次吃奶之间适当补水，但最好不要给宝宝喂带甜味的水。因为宝宝喝带甜味的水，时间一长就不愿吃母乳了，这对宝宝生长发育很不利。尤其是各种人工配制的饮料，如汽水、果汁这些都含有人工添加剂，会抑制消化。
●1岁后的孩子：在两餐之间、在屋外玩耍时间过长、洗澡后、午睡醒后、晚上睡觉前等都需要给宝宝喝水。注意，在孩子玩耍出大量的汗后，不要给孩子喂太多的水。
●3岁以内的宝宝：每次饮水不宜超过100毫升。
●3岁以上的宝宝：饮水量可增至150毫升每次，但也要根据实际情况让孩子少量或多次的饮水。对那些稍大些表达能力很清楚的宝宝，也可让他随自己的意思来饮水，若喂他不愿意喝的话，这说明宝宝体内的水分已足够了。
父母可通过观察宝宝的尿液颜色和小便次数判断宝宝是否缺水或者脱水，即如果每天小便次数为6~8次，小便颜色清淡不浓，表示宝宝身体不缺乏水分；如果尿液黄浊，小便次数少于6次，表示身体已经缺水了，应及时补充水分。
