刮痧：给身体的病气一条出路
去年，我回成都老家，见到我在成都中医药大学的几位老同学。我们聊起刮痧、拔罐等中医传统疗法的现状，大家都感到中医的春天到来了。国家目前对中医药越来越重视，习近平主席在国内外各种重要会议、重要活动、重要场合的讲话中多次引用中医理论、中医术语，来阐述执政思想与治国理念；国务院连续出台文件表示要大力扶持和发展中医药。老百姓对中医的热情也逐渐增高，接受、信任中医的人越来越多了。
现在很多人认为要健康就需要吃燕窝、海参、虫草这样的“好东西”。难道健康只靠“吃”这一条路吗？我认为，健康不能只想着做加法，还应该想想做减法。我们在吃进去各种食物的同时，也摄入了不少添加剂、残存的农药、抗生素、细菌等，这些毒素堆积在体内，会阻碍经络气血的运行，导致水谷精微无法运输到全身脏腑组织，不能荣养各个器官，从而化生百病。刮痧通过出痧的方式，将滞于经络腧穴及相应组织、器官内的风、寒、痰、湿等各种邪气从皮毛透达于外，使经络得以疏通。这种通过刮痧排出体内的病邪产物的过程就是给身体做减法的过程，能让人们“无毒一身轻”。
为了让更多的人学会用刮痧的方法调理自己和家人的身体、缓解疾病，这些年，我一直致力于刮痧疗法的研究、培训和宣传，近年来，我在我的微博上经常与粉丝们进行交流，我发现，很多人其实对刮痧都抱有很大的兴趣，但是总怕找不准穴位，所以不敢给自己和家人刮。其实与中医传统的按摩疗法、针灸疗法相比，刮痧疗法具有无可比拟的优势。按摩疗法、针灸疗法的施术部位主要在“点”，即在穴位上，而刮痧疗法的施术部位主要在“面”上，所以即使刮痧时穴位找得不是很精准，只要大体找准穴位，也能取得不错的治疗效果。
在正式开始编写此书前，我和编辑开了个碰头会，提了一些自己的想法：一、疾病不要求多，要求精，我统计过，找我看病的人中95%以上患的都是那几十种病，把这几十种病讲清楚了就能解决当下绝大部分人的困扰；二、每种疾病能少用穴位就少用穴位，这样不仅能减少大家找穴的时间，也能降低操作难度；三、“细节决定成败”，讲清细节非常重要。微博上经常有粉丝向我咨询一些刮痧细节，比如“是该用刮痧板的薄边还是厚边来刮痧呢？”“刮痧板与皮肤要保持多少度才合适？”等等，这些细节的缺失让大家在刮痧时无从下手，大大影响了刮痧的普及和推广。
今年4月，我参与拍摄了本书全部400余张步骤图，每张图片上每一个穴位的位置都是我一一确认过的，每一种手法都是我反复斟酌过的，力求给大家清晰地传递准确无误的内容。
所有的这一切，都是希望本书能以一种更简单、更直观的方法把我多年所研究的刮痧知识、刮痧手法悉数教给大家，让每个人在面对疾病时，都能在心态上更从容，在挑选治疗方式时有更多选择的余地。
目前，人们的健康意识不断提高，但于此同时，“排队2小时，看病2分钟”的医疗现状让不少患者抱怨不已，不断上涨的医疗费用也使很多家庭不堪重负。因此国家提出“大力发展中医养生保健服务”，我希望大家多学习一些如太极拳、五禽戏、八段锦之类的中医传统运动方法和刮痧、拔罐、按摩等中医传统疗法。为自己、为家人，有病治病，无病保健。刮痧具有操作简单、疗效显著、易学易用、不受时间和地点限制，既能在医疗机构中治疗，又能在家中自行运用的特点，既给患者减轻和解除了病痛，同时也为家庭减轻了经济负担和压力，所以一直受到大众的欢迎。
