《明目八段锦（全彩印刷）》：
经过对学生视力下降现状调查的研究进行总结，得出导致学生视力下降的外在因素有很多，其中包括：课业负担繁重，视近物时间过长，读、写姿势不正确，或在光源不足环境下阅读和书写，阅读或上网时间过长，看电视距离近，缺乏体育锻炼，不良用眼卫生习惯，每年不进行视力检查等等，这些因素对近视的发生有较明显的影响。
二、视力下降的遗传学分析
郝广煜等人在对包头市1275名小学生近视影响因素情况进行调查与分析认为，导致学生视力下降除了有外在因素的影响，还特别强调了母亲是否近视与孩子近视关联较强；杨建文等人《父母有无近视中小学生近视情况及影响因素比较》的研究结果表明，父母双方均近视的学生，其近视率显著高于父母双方均不近视者；苏兰萍等人选取兰州市某普通中学691名学生，进行视网膜检影验光，选取双眼屈光性质一致的656人作为调查对象，并对其父母屈光状态采用电脑验光或问卷调查，计算近视遗传度，并研究子女一父母屈光状态的关系；以及王晶等人对鸡西市50例中度近视的亲属进行调查，与一组视力正常者亲属作对照，都证明近视的形成过程中遗传因素的作用大于环境因素，并计算出中度近视的遗传度，其结果表明：中度近视遗传为（50.78+7.62）%；然而，桑丽丽等人对北京市4424名中小学生进行近视家系遗传度分析，得出近视遗传度为31.6%，认为近视的形成环境因素大于遗传因素。该研究结果与国内外大部分研究差异较大。
通过对父母及亲属有无近视的调查与分析可以看出，遗传因素在近视发病中起决定作用，环境因素起重要作用并受遗传因素影响。同样的环境因素，一级亲属中有近视者，更容易发生近视。
三、中医治疗近视方法研究
器械点刺穴位法
中医对近视的治疗，可采用穴位点刺疗法。文献中提到的穴位疗法中，有多焦点增视疗法配合耳穴治疗、电梅花针疗法、电磁棒点穴法、砭石疗法、针刺眼周奇穴法等，概括起来可以分为如下两种：
（1）使用电子仪器治疗
许慧琴等人为寻求防治青少年近视的有效方法，选取疾病预防控制中心预防门诊接诊的青少年近视患者100名，应用磁电治疗仪（电磁棒点穴法）点按全身穴位70多个，结论表明电磁棒点穴防治青少年近视在短期有较好疗效。
（2）通过中医医疗器械治疗
董占宇应用砭石疗法治疗青少年近视30例，对治疗组采用砭针擦揉、砭板轻刮、砭板轻刺穴位，以及以砭锥重刺穴位，并在休息时戴砭石眼罩的中医疗法进行实验；对对照组采用耳穴贴压配合按摩法，结果表明，治疗组较对照组的视力变化显著，效果好。

Introduction

我国大中小学生体质、视力逐年下降，引起了国家教育部门和社会、家长的极度关注。据报道，目前有近40%小学生视力下降，60%中学生视力下降，近800/0大学生视力下降，这已经成为亟待解决的严重的学生体质问题之一。
为此，我们通过展开前期调研，查阅国内相关本课题研究成果发现，关于我国大中小学生视力问题的研究，普遍停留在学生视力下降的现状调查研究，学生视力下降的社会学调查研究，视力下降的遗传学分析，中医治疗近视方法研究，西医治疗近视方法研究等方面，鲜有从中国传统体育养生角度来探索研究的理论与方法。
《武术导引功增强少儿体质、改善视力的研究》（以下简称“武术导引改善视力研究”）是山西省教育厅的重点研究课题，本课题目的在于运用中国优秀的传统体育养生方法，解决预防和治疗少儿视力下降问题，同时起到增强体质的作用。
山西大学民族传统体育研究中心就少儿视力下降问题，曾创编一套《少儿增视导引保健操》，并在太原市八一小学做了相关实验，对改善和治疗小学生视力下降效果显著，深得学校、学生及家长的一致好评。针对近些年少儿视力下降严重的现实，在前期研究所取得的成果基础上，我们进一步挖掘、整理，结合传统中医导引养生方法、武术健身方法及现代眼科医学理论与技术，进一步系统创新，将研究成果定名为“明目八段锦”。在八节导引操中包含了眼睛的远近、上下、左右、轮转、注视、随视、瞪、闭目含养等一系列的运动方法，并配合优美的传统音乐，整套导引操风格古朴典雅，姿态柔美大方，动作自然顺畅，使学生在练习过程中不仅可以改善和增强视力，而且使人体机能和素质，以及身体姿态美和韵律美得到良好的锻炼。这套功法适合不同年龄体质的人练习，也符合少儿生理、心理特点，易学易练，预期防治效果会更加明显。
