作者介紹何權峰

◎最貼近人性的心靈作家
醫師兼作家，同時也在大學授課，專長是腦神經科學。一九九五年他開始寫作，早期為《聯合報》、《常春月刊》、《拾穗雜誌》等撰寫醫學專欄。隨後，因接觸「心理神經免疫學」（Psychoneuroimmunology），觸發了他對「心靈層面」的探究。於是何醫師改變了方向，他開始寫一些心靈成長和勵志類作品。目前他所出版的心靈勵志書，已累積至五十多本。
