不要说“打算”

工作中有这样一句话：“只要这么说就出局了！”

或者说是绝对禁句。

“打算”就是这样一个词。

“哎呀，没有这样的打算呢。”

“本打算在期限日前做完，结果没能完成。”

“本打算做××，结果……”

谁都会失误，也会犯错。这件事本身不应该被苛责。

坦诚地认错，真诚地道歉，依然可以将话题进行下去，“那么，接下来该怎么办？”

然而，“本打算”这样的说辞对于弥补自己的过错没有任何用处。一旦试图掩饰，就已经无法挽回了。

“打算”这样的词，还是舍弃了好。简洁地承认会更好。做了就是做了。要明白不管之前如何“打算”，现在眼前的结果才重要。

虽然是很严格的规则，可如果自己做不到就无法做好工作。

“打算”的升级版“原本真的打算做的”常常用来作为没有完成工作的借口。

可是“打算”只是个人随意的想法，最多就是“这样的话就好了”一个模糊的愿景罢了。

“我想到了。”

“我考虑好了。”

但如果不付之于行动，就只能是自己心中自以为是的空想。

工作中需要拿出具体的实绩才行。

我在二十岁的时候，还一点儿没有活出自我。

不仅没有个性，还不屑于模仿别人，心中厌烦普通这个词，拼了命地让自己看上去和别人不一样。

直到有一天，我发觉自己一直以来都非常在意别人的目光，从那一刻起，我才意识到自己活得毫无自我。不论做什么都先考虑别人会怎么看，会怎么想，一边伪装一边生活，一举一动都要经过小心斟酌。生活中目之所及，处处都失去了真我，只剩下在金玉的表象和扭曲的自尊中生出的谎言修饰后的自己。这样的生活当然不会轻松。事实上，我总是疲惫不堪。

想从这种疲惫的生活中解放出来。于是我开始反省自己。丢掉一直以来从他人处寻求答案的意识，先问问自己会怎么想，自己会怎么做？怎样才能让自己每一天都心情愉快地工作、生活以及与人相处？

为此，我想我应该敞开心扉，将真实的自我展露出来。我喜欢什么？我讨厌什么？一点一点地自我确认。当自己认为这样很酷的时候，就顺从本心地照做吧。也是从那个时候，我开始懂得米开朗琪罗那句名言“创造始于模仿”的含义。

首先要了解自己。自己每天都在成长，而能从中发现不变的自我是十分重要的。就像过去的我那样，从二十岁到三十岁，在工作和生活中寻找自我是一个很大的命题。

知道什么是自己喜欢的，什么是自己不擅长的，什么是自己不明白的，尺有所短寸有所长，发现自己的不足，才能更好地知道现在开始该如何弥补。

请一定要发现自我。简言之，就是要知道真实的自己究竟是个怎样的人。再去思考从现在开始应该如何修饰这个我。这种修饰就是个性。这种修饰可以是简朴的，也可以是华丽的。就像为赤裸的自己穿上衣服。当然了，一丝不挂还是隆装盛服都是你的自由。自我本身不变，不管穿什么都尽显个性。

本书的目的并不是回答什么是自我这个问题。只是想利用某一人的例子，让更多人去思考自己的本色又是什么，并以此为一个新的起点，走出一条属于自己的道路。

寻找自我，就是寻找崭新自我的起跑线,就是向平凡生活迈出的第一步。
