Book Abstract

曲轴是发动机重要的机件之一。其功用主要是把活塞连杆组传来的气体压力转变为扭矩对外输出，并驱动发动机的配气机构及其他各种辅助装置，如发电机、风扇、水泵、喷油泵等。曲轴一般由中碳钢或中碳合金钢模锻而成。飞轮的主要作用是存储做功行程的能量，用于在其他行程中克服阻力，完成发动机工作循环，使曲轴尽可能匀速旋转，并提高发动机克服短时超负荷的能力。
其功用是根据发动机的工作顺序和每个气缸工作循环的要求，定时开启和关闭气缸的进、排气门，使可燃混合气体及时进入气缸，并使废气及时从气缸内排出。在压缩、做功行程中，保证气门与气门座有良好的密封。为了提高发动机的动力性和经济性，要求配气机构有利于减少进、排气阻力，能够合理地控制进、排气门的开启时刻和开启持续时间，使进气和排气都尽可能充分。
按气门的布置形式，气门机构可分为顶置气门式和侧置气门式；根据凸轮轴的位置可分为下置式、中置式和上置式；按各气缸气门数目可分为二气门式和多气门式；按曲轴和凸轮轴的传动方式可分为齿轮传动式、链条传动式和齿形皮带传动式。
