Content Description

随着我国经济和社会的快速发展、人民生活水平的不断提高，全社会对导航定位服务的需日益强烈，导航定位产业正在成为迅猛发展阳产业。发展智能交通系统（ITS），已成为我国航定位产业进一步快速发展的最大契机。
导航电子地图是导航与位置服务产品的核心。在车载导航、手持导航（PND和手机）等航中具有特殊地位和极其重要的作用。
因此，确保导航电子地图的技术水平和质量就成为十分突出和紧迫的问题。由于缺少导航子地图产品的检测标准，难以实现对导航电子地图产品质量的正常考核，进而建立优质产品的介和劣质产品的退市机制。制定导航电子地图检测标准，有利于完善市场准入和退出机制有利促进企业不断改进质量，提高水平，更好地满足社会需求，维护好消费者的合法权益；有利于进我国导航定位产业的健康发展。
本标准主要针对已依法取得导航电子地图制作资质证书的企业，满足对其生产成果或产品质量实施检测评定的需求。
